I won’t be original if I say that the Dominican Republic is a very unhurried country in terms of service and staff, but this is its unique feature that makes you relax and just enjoy your rest, sea and sun to the fullest. Overall, we really liked the hotel, although it had its pluses and minuses. Of the pluses - this is the best animation program and the animation team itself. All day long there are interesting competitions and magnificent evening performances, plus from evening to morning an incendiary disco in the club with free drinks. Another undoubted plus is the beautiful warm Caribbean Sea and a clean beach with plenty of free sunbeds at any time. The sea on the territory of our hotel is shallow, but you can swim. Those who came with children were generally delighted. Palm trees grow on the shore and you can hide in their shade, which we did, as we burned out in the sun on the second day. Be very careful with sunbathing, and buy a stronger sunscreen in advance. The hotel has a joint territory, one for two neighboring hotels. Everything is very well-groomed, a lot of greenery and flowers. They themselves observed the staff constantly cleaning it, something was constantly trimmed, swept. There are also several pools, they look clean, but we did not swim in them, we spent all the time at the sea. Always pleases us with excellent quality of service, excellent service, and the lowest prices in all directions. A slight inconvenience is that the transfer from the airport is almost 2 hours, but upon arrival you realize that it is definitely worth it. The sea in Boca Chica cannot be compared with the ocean in Punta Cana, neither in beauty nor in beaches. It was the first time we had a rest on this side and next time we plan to go only here. We didn't have any complaints about the food. A variety of dishes at any time, regardless of breakfast or dinner. I don’t see the point in spreading, I’ll say that anyone, even a small child, cannot remain hungry. Bars and bartenders themselves are 5+, drinks and cocktails for every taste and color. You can also visit a la carte restaurants for free. We visited all of them, just for a change, otherwise the main restaurant of the hotel was quite enough for us. The only thing I would like to correct is the number of rooms. Some of the rooms have been refurbished, but we were not lucky with this room. Although everything in the room worked, but dampness was felt. Cleaning is normal, but some nuances in the form of forgetfulness about towels or shampoo were sometimes present. In general, we liked the hotel, but next time we will stay in a different one, as we don’t like to relax in the same place twice.
