On the way to the hotel, it turned out to be some kind of backwater, there was rubbish all around, but they didn’t pay attention to it, they arrived at the hotel at 10 am, as a result, they waited until 3 pm, offered to wait at the bar, and changed clothes, respectively, in the reception lobby. it was supposed to be a honeymoon suite, with a special touch, but it turned out to be absolutely ordinary. At first we thought that this would end all the disgrace, but it was aggravated by the fact that on weekends a pack of local residents stopped by, filling all the pools, a bar and a snack bar. We are not one of those people who use all-inclusive services to the fullest, but sometimes going to the bar for coffee, the bartender did not pay attention to you, answered defiantly in Spanish and served the locals in priority, despite the tip. Room service is quite good, everything changed and cleaned on time. The food is also for 3-4, need more variety for Vagans and vegetarians. In general, this hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, and then with a stretch, rather 2.5.
