I do not recommend! At the moment still in this hotel. Settled in the evening upon arrival in the room on the first floor (122 if important) After a 20-hour journey from Yekaterinburg, we went to bed. Woke up to a crash in the bathroom. The glass partition broke. Miraculously, no one was there at that time, everything was covered with glass, and it continued to crumble.

They immediately turned to the reception, the room was changed without problems, but the rubbish began before breakfast. We were asked to refund $300 for broken glass. Moreover, the administrator yelled in front of everyone, refused to provide some papers, to call someone from the authorities or the police too. She needed cash now. Appeal to the tour operator and insurance did not give anything (although insurance includes civil liability).
We were promised problems on the road. The conclusion is that there is such a rotten repair that it is not known what can break, and you will pay for it, okay if this breakdown does not cripple you. As the local receptionist said, if you were killed by this glass, then we would pay, otherwise you will pay. You will be found guilty only for being placed in a particular room. Based on previous reviews, fees at the reception are a common thing here. Apparently, the concept of this hotel and the entire network is to tear money from tourists, for which it is only possible. I do not recommend, if possible, choose another network!
P. S. The funny thing is that the responses to the reviews are written by the same receptionists like Rosa, who yells at you and extorts money and is so sincerely surprised that you did not appreciate her Dominican hospitality hahahaha.

excellent breakfasts, impeccable service, but the only drawback is the distance from the sea, although for medicinal purposes the walk is even pleasant. I recommend resting to everyone who wants peace and tranquility.
