Reminds me of Egypt and early Turkey. The room stock is old, there is a constant musty smell, on our balcony instead of a lamp, a lamp simply hung on the wires. No mosquitoes! The hotel does not carry out mosquito treatment at all. Small brown worms constantly crawled across the floor. Cleaning - one name! At the same time, it is not clear by what criterion they leave towels. They left three bath towels and could put one for the face, although there are two adults in the room. Forgot to leave the shower mat, also had to walk and remind. Towels were put only twice really white, the rest of the days washed gray! Once, instead of a shower mat, they put a large bath towel folded in four! I wouldn’t be surprised if they then gave it after washing as a bath! Room service was done once, there was no evening room service! For the entire stay, once in the evening they made the bed and brought two chocolates. The bar replenished irregularly. There are artificial flowers all over the hotel at the reception, in the restaurants, in the rooms! And this is in a luxury 5-star hotel in a flourishing country! At the Jasmine restaurant, at breakfast, a small purse-purse with room keys was stolen from a beach bag, there was nothing valuable, but the sediment remained. Service in restaurants is not slow, but VERY slow! Of all the A la Carte restaurants, I liked "Portfolio", "Takara" is also quite good. Didn't like the steakhouse very much, both the food and the service! The pool has strips of slippery tiles and warning signs all the time, but wouldn't it have been easier to replace the tiles in those areas? The territory of the hotel is green, but sometimes the maintenance of the territory by equipment took place during the day, when many people rest in the rooms. About the beach. There is no Wi-Fi! When the algae, it is impossible to swim, they removed them very slowly, they will collect them in a heap, the tractor will pass and take everything away again, but when the algae are over, the beach is good.
