Our vacation was marred only by the fact that no one congratulated the child who turned 18 and left the hotel. Our guide, Maria Shcherbakova, first said on the phone that the bus was coming for us, but they didn’t find us, although we were at the reception 20 minutes before the appointed time, then she called and said that there had been an overlay and no one had come to pick us up at all, we have to take a taxi ourselves and go to the airport, and they will reimburse us for the expenses. But so no one paid anything.
