My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Riu Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with a gorgeous beach and the ocean is so different, with big waves and a quieter lagoon. But basically the water, even in the lagoon, is exciting, although we were only delighted with this. They jumped and rode the waves like children. The beach is great. The shade from the palm trees, there is a lot of it is very convenient, you can enjoy the views of the ocean while walking along the beach almost without leaving the shade. There was enough space on the beach for everyone and always, we did not have to look for sunbeds even once. Check-in happens almost instantly, immediately upon arrival everything is ready and the room is waiting for you fully equipped. Our room was not far from the 24-hour bar, and it was very close to walk along the path to the beach past it. I don’t know about anyone, but we thought he was the best. The second floor, a huge balcony, excellent cleaning, a bar with four types of good alcohol (rum, brandy, gin and vodka), and even a constantly replenished mini-bar with beer, soda and water. But with shampoos and gels it didn’t work out, there was only soap and there were no dressing gowns, but these are such trifles. The cleaning is very good, the cleanest towels, we changed the bed several times, wet cleaning every day, and even on the balcony. Humidity is present, but the operation of the air conditioner removes it well. The balcony overlooked a small makeshift courtyard with palm trees and emerald green lawns, and we enjoyed this beauty every day and every minute, before returning to the cold and gray winter of our stone jungle. But how we did not want to return, and with what delight we flew away on vacation. Be prepared for humidity, but we got used to it by the second day of rest. Another excellent quality of the hotel I would like to highlight its restaurants and food in general. A huge selection of fish in any form, from just fried to smoked. Meat is simply unmeasured, amazing fruits, of which there were also a lot. Salads, cheeses, sausages and cold cuts. And what fresh juices they made for breakfast, it is indescribably delicious. They even roasted a whole piglet. Seafood was every day, it was possible to eat only one of them, which we often did)). In addition to the restaurant, snacks in the snack bar, where you can also drink a perfectly made mojito, really very tasty. The staff throughout the hotel are very smiling, although a bit slow. Here's another animation was almost not carried out on the beach. In most cases, everything took place in the pool, but we did not swim in it. We decided that swimming in the ocean is better than spending time by the pool. I did not want to fly away at all, and we will remember this unforgettable vacation on the azure coast of the Dominican Ocean for a long time to come.
