We flew in early December 2018 for a few days to Nuremberg, and still could not choose a hotel. I must say that we chose not the best time to visit - millions of tourists came to see the pre-Christmas Bavaria. In this connection, the prices for hotels were not encouraging. We did not know the city, there were no special preferences, we started from the approximate budget that we were ready to pay for accommodation. This amount included killed three stars in the center and nearby, unkilled 3 * away from the center and the airport hotel Movenpick. Previously, we had the experience of staying in airport hotels, and we were always satisfied. After reading about ways to move from the airport and back to it, we decided to book a hotel at the airport. And it was the right decision!
Wizz Air arrives late. We left the airport building and saw the hotel sign.
The description said that the hotel is close, but it's literally only 100 meters away! Half way down the subway was discovered, which was also described as "close" : )
The check-in is fast, the cleanliness is perfect, the hotel is decorated for Christmas. At the reception and on each floor, bowls with small chocolates and fruits for guests. When registering, we are suddenly told that the minibar is included in the price. Went up to the room - nothing to complain about. Clean, comfortable, modern. There is a coffee machine in the room, wine, beer, snacks, adult Movenpick chocolate bars in the minibar. A couple of days later it turned out that the ice cream in the refrigerator when leaving the hotel is also free for guests. Very good sound insulation both from the street and between the rooms, the neighbors were not heard, the planes were only with the windows open. But the city is small, there are not many flights, this sound did not interfere.
The undoubted huge fat plus of this hotel is the breakfast.
Firstly, the assortment is very good, there are hot and cold appetizers, and pastries, and a deli table - smoked salmon, soft and semi-soft blue cheeses. The waitress walks around and serves freshly prepared smoothies from berries and fruits in small glasses. Secondly, this is the breakfast time: from Monday to Saturday from 5.30 to 10.30, on Sunday from 7.30 to 11.30.
And Wizz Air not only arrives late, but also departs early, the start of breakfast at 5.30 helped us out a lot.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I want to come again! I recommend to everyone.
