Excursion to Bavaria
We settled in the Stachus Hotel in the city center on Karlsplatz. The hotel is small, designed for sightseeing accommodation, ie. came-left. Everything was organized normally: they settled quickly, the maids were invisible, the cleaning was constant, the breakfasts in the restaurant were interesting and tasty. By the way, the restaurant is very nice. The reception staff speaks decent Russian, and of course everyone smiles. The disadvantages of the hotel are as follows: the lack of air conditioning in the rooms (what summer it was) and noisy if you open the windows. Every morning at 7-9 o'clock. a bus with a cool driver was delivered to the hotel, our Russian Lyudmila came and we went to get acquainted with Bavarian history. In the evening at 18-20 we were returned back, there was not enough time left to walk around the evening city, but we all had time: to take a walk, have dinner, look around. There is something to look at, the city is multinational and in the evening everyone has fun in whatever they want. It is not worth listing all the sights of Munich - you need to go see it. All planned excursions were easy and interesting. Lyudmila knows the history of Germany very well (I think Russia too) and knows how to present it. We visited castles, lakes, rode mountains, visited villages with crafts, ate freshly caught trout. Everywhere there were a lot of tourists, but we did not observe any queues or flea market, good. From all the places that we visited, we are still delighted. We took a lot of photos, but, unfortunately, not all of them can be posted. Travel time flew by quickly. In the reverse order, we were taken to the airport and home. More about Munich: in July there is a season of discounts from 10 to 90%. If someone dreams of such shopping, prepare a shopping list in advance, otherwise you will have to buy absolutely everything, you won’t be able to resist.
