The room was booked on the official website of the K? nigshof Hotel 2 months in advance (February 22) and the money was immediately withdrawn (withdrawn 1.275. 0 € for four days), a Junior Suite, King-Size Bed (40 m? ) was ordered from 23 to 27 April, 40 sq. m with a guaranteed view of: Karlsplatz or the Palace of Justice. But they gave me a smaller room with a view of the wall - Galeria Kaufhof, i. е. on the other side!!!
By the way, the K? nigshof Hotel is very old, the elevator is terrible - it's scary to go up! And the hotel rooms are very noisy! There is absolutely no soundproofing! Two beds (Twin) in the room are very uncomfortable, the mattresses are thin, and the bedding is like in a cheap hostel!
We were told that all rooms are occupied, i. e. they withdrew the money two months ago and confirmed the booking, but the service was not provided! At the reception they talked like a wise teacher with a delinquent student. They did not apologize to us, but they offered us another room in a completely different Anna Hotel (belongs to K? nigshof Hotel) a two-minute walk away. The room itself was not bad, but the Anna Hotel made a terrible impression, there was no parking, i. e. we had to pay for parking at one hotel, and check into another hotel (they didn’t offer compensation for ruining our vacation), of course, this did not suit us and we were forced to look for another hotel on the day of check-in, which was very difficult to do, because . with the football championship on April 25, the entire hotel room stock in Munich was booked.
There was a depressing impression not only about the hotel, although it is clear that all people are different, but the employees working at this K? nigshof Hotel do not deserve any respect, they do not care about the image of the hotel and they do not care about their visitors!
