Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It all started with the fact that we were settled in a room for the disabled, where there were gray spots on the bathroom )) This type of room was given for our convenience )), and the cleaning lady "forgot" to wash the bath after the previous tenant )). Towels were issued either not a complete set, or from different sets.

It all started with the fact that we were settled in a room for the disabled, where there were gray spots on the bathroom )) This type of room was given for our convenience )), and the cleaning lady "forgot" to wash the bath after the previous tenant )). Towels were issued either not a complete set, or from different sets. On the first day on the buffet there was a sour fruit salad (with a smell and stains on the fruit). Didn't try it the other day. It was a little consoling that their omelette turned out well) and polite people were sitting at the reception)). But in terms of quality, out of several hotels in Germany where I have been, this one is the worst). Below my 3*
