The manager Larisa reprimanded us for coming to the hotel at 20:40, and not from 14:00 to 18:00, although we warned about the arrival time of the plane. Later, she demanded 10 euros for our daughter coming to our hotel for 1 hour ("because she could use water and electricity additionally"). We refused to pay. In retaliation, bed linen was not changed even once in 11 days; the last 7 days the towels have not been changed and cleaning has not been carried out (as the manager said "then I have to save money"). Upon returning home, we discovered that, without our knowledge, the manager blocked 200 euros on our card account. On the phone, she shouted that "for bad behavior (you refused to pay an additional 10 euros), I have the right to block this amount for a month.
