The hotel is not 4 star. Dirty rooms and inattentive staff. The windows overlook a very noisy and polluted street. On the morning of my check-in, I found black hair on the pillow. I didn’t make a fuss, because I came to Prague on my birthday. There is usually one person behind the counter. If he speaks on the phone, then you won’t wait for him... It takes 15 minutes to walk to Wenceslas Square with a brisk pace, to the Powder Tower (the place where excursions start) - all 25. A bit far... For the last 10 years I have been celebrating my birthday abroad every year - and there always are pleasant surprises from the hotel. But in Amigo I did not wait for either flowers or a souvenir.
