I'll start with the positive: a fairly good repair, simple but very tasteful, the rooms have a minibar, there is a safe, but not in all rooms (so check if this is important for you), the bathroom has everything you need, including a hairdryer (here only there is no shampoo, there was one universal thing for the body, and for hands, and for hair, so bring your own), the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, I liked breakfast, everyone can find something for themselves (sausages , cheese, potatoes, yoghurts, jam, cereals, pies, sausage, juices, tea, pasta, coffee), not all rooms have a balcony either.
the negative is only that which is far from the center. 10-15 minutes to the metro, then to the metro with a transfer. sometimes it was a little stressful, especially when you get cold and you really want to go to a warm bed faster. but if you eat in the summer, then there is nothing to feel good about. And one more thing - beds. double beds simply consist of two mattresses that are not connected. periodically they disperse and this is not very convenient. and my young man's back hurt from these mattresses. some rooms overlook the railway, but if the windows are closed, you can't hear anything. we noticed the noise only on the third day of our stay at the hotel. There is no internet in the rooms.
but in general, I liked the hotel, especially when compared with what my friends who were in other hotels told me. If you are not afraid of the distance from the center, then feel free to choose it.
1. The hotel is not bad in principle, BUT!! ! Climbing a steep iron trek to a height of about 25 meters (in front of the hotel) is not a pleasure. To the subway on foot, with the passage of the stairs for 10-15 minutes.
2. Feeding is average, but you can eat (although having ordered soup for lunch, they brought us soup from a bag with the addition of pieces of meat and pieces of bread "winded" that we did not finish for breakfast! ).
3. Service "soviet" - unobtrusive! Although the room was cleaned, the bed was not made and the linen was not changed (we lived for 3 days). Only towels. there was no price list for the minibar in the room (as it turned out, not only with us), for this reason, and indeed, we didn’t use the minibar, but when we left we were billed for 110 kroons for nuts and a MARS bar, which we allegedly ate and they constantly reported to us! !! ! The showdown with the administration only led to the fact that we were accused of eating everything ourselves and not wanting to pay, and that our company should pay for us, and they all work honestly !! ! And we also found out that our maid's name was Christina. I had to pay in order to avoid an international scandal and in order not to detain a group that was already sitting on the bus for departure from the hotel.
PS Some people lost their personal belongings in the hotel. !! ! (albeit on trifles) so I don’t want to go to this hotel anymore and I don’t advise everyone!
Sincerely,
Timonin Andrey Borisovich
