We chose a hotel close to the Florenc bus station (walking distance). The location is really good, from the station 10 minutes on foot and 10-15 minutes to the center on foot too.
Contacted the hotel in advance by email. mail, clarified whether it is possible to leave the bags early in the morning until the moment of settlement - the answer came very quickly. There is a room for bags, you can leave them before check-in and after check-out. It is very convenient. For your information, the cost of a left-luggage office at the Florenc bus station is 60 CZK per bag.
The hotel fully lived up to expectations. We needed a convenient location, amenities in the room, breakfast. The hotel is clean, mattresses and pillows are comfortable, linen and towels are clean. The room has carpet. In the bathroom - shampoo and soap. The air conditioner was not included, because. there was no heat on the street, so I can not judge his work.

We booked a double room, but settled in a 3-bed room (this is a corner room), very spacious. Bath and toilet in this room - in different rooms.
As for the noise, we didn't hear the neighbors. The hotel is located along the tram line, but knowing the peculiarities of the hotel's location, I took earplugs with me and had a great night's sleep: ) At home, I also often sleep in earplugs: )
Breakfasts are hearty, fresh and tasty. Buns, toast, cheese, ham, cottage cheese, yogurt, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a couple of vegetable salads, cereals with milk, jams - everyone can choose a breakfast to their liking.
The hotel has 5 floors and has an elevator.
The staff is friendly, helps you navigate the area, suggests how it is more convenient to get to the right place.
The hotel is satisfied, I recommend, good value for money.
