I want to say a personal opinion, the hotel is pretty, clean and warm. you can take an iron. a kettle if there is a need for it, just furniture a la "ussr", but nothing critical, the mattresses on the beds are comfortable, and this is important for relaxation. No TV but didn't need one. . . Cleaned not every day, towels if you throw on the floor in the bathroom, change. In the room, recommendations for guests in Russian, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. breakfasts are standard European, like everywhere else.... were not hungry. Great location close to Prague Castle. Generally great plus 22 tram. This is a TRAM for TOURISTS, sit on it warmly and with Wi-Fi, drive the entire route.... then you will quickly find out where it is more convenient to go out to see the sights. Drive to stop. Pogorelets and walking you go down to the city center.... exit to the. Malostranska you change to the metro and where you need to go...... everything is convenient, transport goes on schedule. The nearest metro is exactly 15 minutes. Near the hotel there is a cosmetic-hardware store (excellent), next to Bill's grocery store. I will not write about how much we love Prague itself, it is beyond words, we have been 5 times already, and we will return again and again.....We recommend buying excursions from the concierge, we went to Dresden (cheaper than the guide), walked and shopped. . . The furniture in the rooms is a la scoop, there is no hair dryer, no kettle. The kettle was thrown out for 30 minutes at the reception. The beds are very comfortable, the bed linen is clean (by the way, for a week they didn’t change our linen even once! ) In the corner there was a dirty ottoman, on which the garbage heap has been crying for a long time. The plumbing is old but very clean. Under the sink, the corrugation is tied with light electrical tape. The water in the shower was intermittently flowing either hot or cold. (On the last day before leaving, wood lice were running around on the floor). Room cleaning every day. Friendly Russian speaking staff. Breakfasts are monotonous, a buffet - cheese and sausage cuts, boiled eggs, apples, sliced watermelon, muesli, vegetable salad, Olivier-type salad, consisting mainly of one potato, tea, coffee. Very fresh and tasty pastry. Shops, cafes are all within walking distance, next to tram stops 25 and 22. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Prague Castle, and about 15 minutes to Malostranska. There is one stop to the Brzhevnov Monastery, it takes about 5 minutes to walk. We dined in the restaurant "At the White Lion". It is located on the opposite side of the street, about a hundred meters from the hotel. In general, if it were not for the beauty of Prague, then the impression of the hotel is not very good.

She doesn't even know how to use the microwave! Yes, if we were not immediately allowed to use the refrigerator and microwave, we would never have tried to do this! I really wanted to write a complaint about this Pavel, but I just didn’t want to spoil the guest book, because nationalists are found everywhere, unfortunately. If you walk slowly. then you can walk to the center in 30-40 minutes. tram stop, directly spoiling the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to drive. The room is bright and spacious. There was no refrigerator and TV, but we didn’t need it, because we came late and immediately went to bed. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed twice in a week. . Breakfasts are standard, but very satisfying. The staff is polite and speaks and understands Russian. Hairdryer and iron were taken at the reception. About hearing, 2 more rooms were occupied on the floor. Therefore, the noise did not bother us. I highly recommend the hotel to couples.

In general, the hotel is good. No hair dryer. I lived on the 4th floor - there are no curtains. I woke up with the sun (at 5 o'clock). Audibility is excellent, even snoring behind the wall is audible. Decent food, they gave me a big dry ration when I left early for an excursion. And great Russian speaking staff.
