The first time we stayed at this hotel was 2 years ago, in 2014. That year we liked everything very much - cleanliness in the room, friendly staff, good location. That is why we have chosen it for this year's trip. This time the hotel left the worst impression. The room was terribly dirty, there were just clouds of dust on the floor, and a candle left by previous guests of this horror (which the maid later thought of putting next to my contact lenses) was lying on the floor. The maid is just a separate conversation. Arriving in the room from a walk, we were just horrified. She thought of putting the bedspread on the shoes that were downstairs in the closet (I wonder how dirty the bedspread lay on our clean bedding). Moreover, for some reason she touched personal things - she shifted the T-shirt from the chair to the pillow. In addition, the hair dryer did not work in the room (room 47). Well, how. . worked exactly 30 seconds and turned off for 5 minutes. After talking to the receptionist: the maid vacuumed the center of the room. The edges of the room (not even the corners) were still dusty and dirty. . The issue with the hair dryer did not dare in any way - they refused to fix it, somehow replace it too. They offered to dry intermittently (30 seconds dry, 5 minutes rest). We didn't hear any apologies. Not for, sorry, wild shit in the room, not for arbitrariness with things, not for someone else's thing on the container for contact lenses.
