In October 2019 I stayed at this hotel. Paid immediately for a week's stay. I was placed in room number 205, in front of which they have a difference in floor level. Because of this drop in the step, I had an accident the very next day. As a result, a torn ligament and a fracture of the foot. Having hardly reached the reception, I informed the staff about what had happened, but, to my surprise, the hotel workers did not show respect and did not give me help or assistance in seeking medical attention.

As a result, a torn ligament and a fracture of the foot. Having hardly reached the reception, I informed the staff about what had happened, but, to my surprise, the hotel workers did not show respect and did not give me help or assistance in seeking medical attention. Such service clearly does not correspond to the level of a 5 * hotel.
I had to go to the medical center in Prague on my own. This fact is confirmed by documents from a medical institution.
I want to note that in Europe it is considered the norm in public places to warn people about the presence of dangerous obstacles - hang a warning sign or glue a bright strip on a dangerous step. This hotel does not have that. In addition, I was surprised that in a 5-star hotel room I had a torn sheet, the handles on the windows were broken, and there was no water bottle on the table near the coffee pot.
As a result of the injury, I, of course, could not continue my stay at the hotel, and for health reasons I had to leave the next day.
I wrote a letter to the general manager of the hotel, in which I told about what had happened, and asked me to compensate the amount for the days that I was forced not to stay at the hotel. However, the manager refused me.
