The hotel itself, of course, nothing, here everyone changed towels and cleaned, and also (if we wanted) made the bed. But the staff does not know Russian at all (although in many other hotels they somehow express themselves), but this is not a problem, we communicated in English .
The staff refused to give us our breakfast before flying to Moscow (and we warned them 2 times in the evening). The fact is that breakfasts are from 7 to 10 in the morning, and we left at 6.30. But as our guide said, the staff should make us rations with them.
And I want to add about the location: it’s not 15 minutes to go, but all 30 minutes to the center, since this is the penultimate station on the red metro line. And every day, therefore, a lot of money is spent on their time-based "rides". TV is standard only in Czech.
BUT despite everything, the rest in Prague is unforgettable and nothing and no one can overshadow it!
