Good day! We come from Belarus, the city of Minsk. We stayed at this hotel while traveling to Prague. The hotel was selected with the travel agency "Respector Travel", they were looking for the best price / quality ratio. After we booked the hotel, we arrived home, read the reviews and were somewhat upset by them (although they were not numerous, and some were even SEVEN YEARS old !!! ), but we decided not to be upset in advance and assess the situation with our own eyes, nevertheless, 2006 and 2013 - the difference is big.

After we booked the hotel, we arrived home, read the reviews and were somewhat upset by them (although they were not numerous, and some were even SEVEN YEARS old !!! ), but we decided not to be upset in advance and assess the situation with our own eyes, nevertheless, 2006 and 2013 - the difference is big.
And after the road to Prague, and we were driving by car and sooooo very tired, we were met at the reception at the hotel by a friendly girl who gave us the key to the room and told us what the hotel had, what time tomorrow, etc. Without considering anything in particular, we went to the shower and crashed onto a clean bed. Waking up, we began to look closely at the hotel and the room, and nothing seemed to shock us, so apparently everything has changed in 7 years. The room was clean, tidy, everything neatly laid out and arranged. The shower also has no particular complaints, for 3 stars it’s not even bad (we lived in a similar hotel in Vilnius). Liked the wall cladding in the hallway. We were also undoubtedly pleased with the presence of wi-fi, so that we could upload fresh pictures every day and chat with friends via Skype. After getting acquainted with the hotel, we went to explore the city, the car was left in the parking lot near OAZA. The girls from the hotel told how to get to the center. The hotel itself is not located in the center, there is a metro nearby, so we also got acquainted with the Czech metro. In some trains, the outlines of Prague Castle are painted on the seats, which looks very cute. There are 5 stops to the center, so we got there quickly. Prague is simply gorgeous - I advise everyone to visit!!!
As for the hotel, there was Arcade shopping center nearby) And the breakfasts were delicious, so I liked everything. We are completely satisfied with the hotel. Good value for money.

Since the last reviews, the hotel has made some adjustments. Of the above shortcomings, only gray towels remained, otherwise everything is very good. The rooms are clean, cool, everything works, water around the clock and cold and hot, TV, radio, alarm clock. In general, I was satisfied

We were very surprised to see in the central part of the beautiful city an oasis of dirt, disrespect for visitors and rudeness on the part of the staff.

we don't know where and when you visited us the hotel made the warmest impressions three stars of the hotel answer 100 percent!!!! ! many thanks to the staff!!!! ! we advise you to travel with the operator Zlaten Tour of all trips, this hotel is in our first place !!!!! !
