On the second floor, on the way to the room, we got to the touch, because the switches with a stopwatch and in the corridors are always dark (but economically). The light in the room is so dim that from 1500 you plunge into twilight and there is no salvation.
The pillowcase on the bed was dirty, also found hair in the bed. They reacted to our indignations with words - this is not washed off....
There is no hair dryer in the room, as well as wi-fi.
For 4 days of stay - the maid did not come even once, no one even bothered to pick up the garbage. They smoke on the floor (at what, not guests, but employees), so be prepared for the fact that all this stench is carried into the rooms.
I want to leave a separate review for the so-called Motel Restaurant - a nightmare and horror, a shame for the whole Czech Republic! The food is disgusting! The first time we ordered pork steak and grilled vegetables - vegetables are slightly warmed up, steak with blood..... in what kind of cuisine is pork steak served with blood! ? When trying to explain that this is not done - the steak was fried - each piece separately...... A basket of bread that costs 36 crowns consists only of terrible gray bread - either sour in nature, or missing, to requests for white bread - the answer is short - that's all there is. Wine - only white and red..... at the same time, it is not at all clear - it is dry, or it is semi-sweet, this information will not be provided to you, they will simply bring a glass of disgusting wine. At the next meal, I ordered spaghetti (it seemed to me that it was impossible to spoil them)..... when they brought this plate, I did not immediately understand that my food could smell like that...... an old floor cloth..... the meat in the pasta was promised chicken, however, it's hard to describe those little foul-smelling pieces of nightmare that were on my plate.
The highlight of this place is the special upbringing of the staff and how much they don't give a damn about the guests, their needs and desires. I returned to my homeland with great pleasure and was incredibly happy to enter the hotel in Lviv!! !
