The hotel liked the fact that it is located in an old building, but it has all the amenities, an elevator, a SPA, a bar, a restaurant, a cool patio with a garden and a fountain, where it is nice to have breakfast.
Air-conditioned room, WiFi works well, we took a standard 2-bed room, it turned out to be quite spacious, comfortable beds, there is a safe, an electric kettle, tea accessories, we found several TV channels in Russian, listen to the news)).
The breakfast is plentiful, the choice is wide, but it's better to come early, from 7 to 8 in the morning, once we got there at 10 in the morning... there is a queue everywhere, you will have to look for free places. But the time suited us, we didn’t come to sleep : ), our excursions started at 8 in the morning, then at 9. When we left for 2 days in Vienna, we collected 2 huge packages with us, "dry rations".
Service: a lot of Russian-speaking or at least understanding Russian, at the reception any question, any request was fulfilled immediately. We asked for an iron and ironing board, they brought it right away and left it in the room for us for all 10 days of our stay.
We checked out, as expected, at 12:00, and the transfer was at 14:15, our luggage was placed in the storage room, and we calmly went for a light walk.
One small minus: according to the maids, strange cleaning, they returned from Vienna, they left wet crumpled towels in the same places. We called the reception, the head maid immediately came running, she changed everything herself, incl. and bed linen and brought a bottle of champagne as an apology, and also apologized in words. On other days, everything changed, however, they didn’t always vacuum it : ) But at the same time, the room looks clean and tidy. And since we always returned to the hotel very late in the evening, i. we were practically not in the room, the quality of cleaning did not bother us.

My husband and I were in Prague for the May holidays and stayed at this hotel, located right at the Powder Gate, i. e. in the very center of Prague. Very conveniently located to all attractions, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Very kind Russian speaking staff at the restaurant. The room is very clean, towels were changed every day (moreover, if we hung a do not disturb sign, we put a bag with new towels under the door).

The buffet is varied, you can eat for half a day, that's for sure. The room has a kettle with tea cups and coffee-tea-sugar. Internet catches throughout the hotel. Recommended as a good hotel.

We really liked the hotel! Rich breakfast buffet. The staff is very responsive. Not everyone knew the Russian language, but everyone tried to understand and help. The hotel is small, very clean and comfortable. Located 200 meters from the Powder Gate. Cool restaurant in the basement.

The service is below criticism - at first they could not accommodate, then the electronic door locks were constantly blocked, bed linen was changed no more than 1 time in 3-4 days! . The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The only nice thing is the good service in the hotel restaurant. Don't go to this hotel!.
