I read the rest of the reviews. I agree with many, but I have my own impressions.
1. Yes, the hotel is GREAT located. For all excursions, since they go from Wratslav Square, you come on foot, slowly. The rooms are good, but we were not lucky. They gave me a room under the roof. There are no windows. Only the window at the top. From it you can see a piece of the sky. They cleaned up well.
2. The staff is just awful. Firstly, for 4 stars I could understand at least a little bit of Russian. We speak English, but very little. The girls there do not smile, they mutter something. When my husband tried to explain that we did not owe money for the bar, because we did not drink anything from it, they in Czech, thinking that we did not understand, said something like "Russian rednecks. "

3. There is Internet access, but it is at the reception desk. And they are not very happy when they come there and ask. With a loud sigh, they tear their asses off the chair, slowly take out the keys with which they lock the table, and slowly walk, showing with their whole appearance that it would be better if you did not ask for a computer.
4. Feeding is good. Buffet. Various. We were at breakfast, so we ate as usual, eggs, cheese, muesli, yogurt.
Bottom line: the hotel is not bad, but I would still give it 3 stars for Europe, or 3 plus. But up to 4, he does not hold out either in design or in the attitude of the staff.
