The hotel has attentive Russian-speaking staff, settled very bistro. Wi-fi flew in the hotel and in the room itself. The room was small, but cosy. The breakfasts were superb, very tasty and for every taste. At lunch there is a snack, tea and coffee with dessert. The room has shampoo, milko, shower gel, hair dryer.

I recommend the hotel, because located in the center, easy to get to.

We stayed at this hotel from 19.01. 13 to 26.01. 13. On the first day, an expensive camera was stolen from a closed room. They called the police. The hotel employee and the arriving policemen tried to "hush up" this matter. Only after rewriting the numbers of the personal badges of the policemen, they took our testimony.

We did not receive an elementary apology from the hotel manager or from his employees.
Briefly about the hotel. There are no Russian-speaking employees at the reception (maybe we didn’t come across). We arrived at about 9 o'clock in the morning, we were immediately settled in the room, without waiting for 12.00. The rooms are clean. According to the situation, the hotel pulls on its top three, we did not expect more. No soundproofing. Plus screaming companies at night in the hotel on flights of stairs, in the lobby and under the windows. Breakfast - bread, buns, vegetables, cold cuts, juices, tea, instant coffee, milk, dry cereals. We didn't leave hungry from breakfast. Linen and towels are clean. Room cleaning every day.
Pros: location and price.
Of the minuses: theft in the hotel, poor soundproofing and noise from the residents of the hotel.

We were in this hotel for the May holidays. The hotel is quite well located in the historical part of Prague 1. To the place of collection of excursions (Wenceslas Monument or Malostranska metro station) about 15 minutes on foot, Malostranska can be reached by tram. The hotel with a clear conscience can put its declared 3 stars.

The hotel with a clear conscience can put its declared 3 stars. There is a private courtyard - you can sit under the trees in the evening or in the morning. Please note - if you want to order a dry ration instead of breakfast - you can leave an order at the reception until 11-00 of the current day.
Pros: Good location. Normal clean rooms. Adequate nutrition. Wi-fi working in the rooms.
Disadvantages: No Russian-speaking staff, English is also poorly understood. I was looking for an iron (! ) for three days !! ! Breakfast is imported, and before 7 they will not feed.
Note - not every day was dairy!! ! (yogurt). Maybe they ate it too soon....

For a 3* it's a great hotel. Most importantly, its location - in the center! We have never used the metro and tram, to the main destinations - 10-20 minutes at a calm pace. The hotel itself is very comfortable, calm atmosphere, soundproofing is normal, we lived on the 2nd floor, no one bothered, although people lived on the floor.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, calm atmosphere, soundproofing is normal, we lived on the 2nd floor, no one bothered, although people lived on the floor. Cozy dining room, quite decent breakfasts, only coffee and juices are very "liquid". We took with us all kinds of buns and fruits for a daily snack from breakfast, no one forbade it. We recommend bringing a kettle with you. you can make tea or coffee in the room. Yes, there is no hair dryer in the room, so take it on the road. Cleaning daily. There are two Russian-speaking porters at the reception, one of them, Nikolo, speaks perfectly, can advise something sensible. The staff is very polite, helpful. Near the hypermarket - TESCO, everything is very cheap - drinks, meat, fruits, vegetables, sweets, etc. A stone's throw away (if you need to eat urgently) a wonderful pizzeria and a terrific steakbar with awesome beer! We highly recommend this hotel! On the stars save money for going out to restaurants. If you have any questions about holidays in Prague, write to alloz57@rambler. ru, we will answer with pleasure!

Good hotel, for its 3 stars is quite pulling! Very convenient location, close to the center. The fact that "the TV is small and 2 channels in German" - you came to watch Prague, not TV, right? And I didn’t see a single hole on the towels, they cleaned it every day, you just unfold the towel, it’s already new, clean, they put it in.

In the center of Prague, mostly the same old buildings. So expect something super from 3 * is not worth it. Pay more, settle in Wenceslas and be happy with everything.

We did not like the hotel, more than modest. Breakfast is delivered at 7.15, and if you have an excursion before this time, then you can’t even hope for coffee. Our tourists from other hotels said that they were fed breakfast at 5:00 and at 6:00. Rooms are sparse, TV is tiny with 2 channels in German. There is no fridge which is very inconvenient.

Our tourists from other hotels said that they were fed breakfast at 5:00 and at 6:00. Rooms are sparse, TV is tiny with 2 channels in German. There is no fridge which is very inconvenient. Towels are perforated. This hotel does not pull on 3 *, for the same money you can relax more comfortably. We don't want to stay at this hotel again and don't recommend it to anyone. In all other respects, Prague is super, more than once I want to come and relax longer...
