First time in Prague. I must say right away that I chose the hotel for its location. He is in the center. Very close to the Powder Gate. And it's very cool.
But I will be consistent. First of all, I will say that I was pleased with the hotel staff. They speak excellent English, and if necessary in Russian ; -) We settled immediately upon arrival at 10 am, within 10 minutes. The rooms, as already mentioned below, are really small, but there was enough space for the two of us : -) True, we were in the room infrequently. It's just a crime to come to Prague and sit in a hotel.
Everything in the room is new, clean and functional. Cleaned every day and good. On the ground floor there is a bar and "a place where breakfasts are served". I'll call it that. Because this is not a restaurant or a cafe. The usual room where the breakfast buffet. He then (breakfast) can and is the only minus, because every day is the same. On the 5-6th day, I went for breakfast sluggishly, because I already knew by heart what would happen. So just take a different one every morning, and that's it. We had lunch and dinner in the city, so everything is ok.

In the lobby there are two computers with free internet. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, but at a charge. At the reception, everything will always be prompted and told if anything, I will once again note the well-trainedness of the staff.
Well, now again the pluses about the location of the hotel. The guides appointed us meeting places at the Powder Gate, so we could sleep to the maximum, have breakfast, and within 4-5 minutes we were in place. Other tourists from our group came by metro or other means of transport, well, they got up 2 hours earlier, of course. There is also a huge shopping center nearby, and having allocated one day for shopping (in a very severe frost), I just left one building with purchases and brought them to the next one, which cannot but rejoice. And in the evening, when the frost subsided, we went for a walk in the evening Prague.
In general, the hotel is fully consistent with its 3 stars, if the breakfasts were diversified, it would be possible to give 4 *.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday.
