We took a tour to Prague. Checked in quickly and explained everything. Immediately accepted the order for a dry breakfast, because. We left very early the next day. Although orders are accepted until 16, and we arrived later, we organized it anyway, for which special thanks. The furniture in the rooms is old, in some places badly tattered, but in working condition. The bedside lamp didn't work. Very uncomfortable tired, after a day of excursions, when you want to relax and unwind, go to the front door to turn off the light.
Because the second day we left early and returned by midnight, we had no strength to figure it out, we had to remind again about this problem. But that is not all. There was no TV in the room, which was discussed on the 1st day. And only on the 3rd we were informed that the previous guests had broken the cable and they could not solve this problem. The food at the hotel is edible, but absolutely not tasty. Overcooked borscht, dry buckwheat, sausages every day. And what cannot be spoiled is sliced cheese, sausage, muesli, tea, coffee. There were sliced fruits - apple, bananas, oranges. The decoration of the hotel is the girls at the reception, they will always help, tell you what is in the city, how to get there, where to eat inexpensively and very tasty, try super original Czech beer.
From the cleaning, it seems that only the bed was made, they didn’t even wash the glass with a drink, I won’t even talk about changing the towels. As there were pieces of leatherette on the floor when they drove in, they remained lying when they left.
Summing up - if a hotel is suitable purely for an overnight stay, do not expect a miracle from a 3 *, even a European one.
