1. Excellent rooms: we got as many as two rooms. Very clean, spacious, good furniture and plumbing. Clean and menu towels, all flawlessly.
2. Service personnel. Polite, excellent English. At the reception you can buy tickets for public transport. In the lobby, as already mentioned here - a free coffee machine, there are three computers with the Internet.
3. Breakfast. The assortment is sufficient, everything is fresh and tasty, the menu changes periodically.
4. Very convenient location: walk to the metro station - 5 minutes, to Charles Bridge - 3 minutes. The old city, as they say, within walking distance.
The only small fly in the ointment - wifi is made with an open network, but with confusing settings, it does not work very well.
The hotel can be safely recommended to stay, I will be happy to return to this hotel again.

After we saw what kind of cheats TA did, we decided to ride on our own. We booked a hotel at Buckingcom. Have read the reviews. All arranged and flew to rest. The rooms are large, probably about 15 mkv. The rooms are non-smoking. Quiet enough in the room day and night. Booked 2 two places. numbers. Somewhat peculiar structure of the hotel. I didn't have to search much. Buffet on the first morning before breakfast. But then they found it quickly. Continental breakfast is several types of yoghurts, dry breakfasts, sliced fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, sausages, canned red beans, coffee, tea, milk, fruits (we had apples, bananas, oranges), sliced cheeses and sausages. Hungry from the table did not leave. On the first day of the festivities, we came across a Russian-speaking guide and went on a sightseeing tour of the city (20 euros per person), then on Wenceslovskaya Square we chose tours of Karlovy Vary, (35 euros) Vienna (65 euros) simple - went to the square and on both sides of the announcement of travel agencies. In the hotel itself, I liked the attitude of the staff (they don’t speak Russian, and we don’t speak Czech or the rest, but somehow everyone understood each other safely). The reception area has a small lobby with a sofa and a few armchairs. Free Internet. Coffee machine with great coffee for free and at any time. The only thing we were not lucky with was the weather. They expected a warm spring, but it turned out to be a winter more abruptly than Moscow. And so the mood from Prague remained magnificent.
