Problems: elevator; entry door; curtains interfere with opening the windows (so hung); in the room. TV channels cannot be selected. unfriendly attendants. monotonous breakfast. I couldn't watch the World Cup - the TV at the reception was faulty. No response from staff to all requests. The only plus is the location.

Hotel in the very center of the city, a stone's throw from Vaclavak. Neat, small, beautiful, clean. Number - the most ordinary, no claims, no frills.

Incredibly good location of the hotel completely crosses out minor flaws. The hotel is located on Republic Square, where there is a metro station and a tram stop, two shopping centers - Kotva and Polladium, Albert twilight market (open until 10 pm); Literally a 2-minute walk - the Powder Gate and the shopping street "Na prikope", Bill's supermarket, the famous establishments "Prague Beer Museum", "Fat Koala", "Little Red Riding Hood" are also within easy reach.

It takes exactly 8 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square, 20 minutes to Charles Bridge, 20 to Wenceslas Bridge. The room is absolutely not cold (besides, each battery has a regulator). In general, for a 3-ki - just super! If you are going to admire Prague, and not look for flaws in the hotel, then do not even hesitate.

We visit Prague every year. Unfortunately, this time we chose a hotel in Prague 2 - "Praga Center" *** for 10 days. He really pulls on the unsteady two stars. Reasons: the furniture is poor, there is no sofa (as in the photo), the carpet is in large dirty spots, the TV is small, there are only 5 channels, the blankets are as thick as papyrus.

The room was cleaned ugly (or rather not cleaned). The room was vacuumed 2 times in 10 days, the garbage from the ashtray was not thrown out for several days, the towels were not changed for several days, in addition, the towels came across in holes, with traces of unwashed lipstick. Wet used towels were just beautifully hung up. They could pick up a wet towel from the floor and hang it over the shower. By evening it was dry. I am sure of this, as I left marks on the towels. By the way, I saw with my own eyes how a pile of clean linen was laid on the floor in the corridor. On the day when they decided to vacuum the room, we were in it. The maid silently entered the room and began cleaning. She did it as if there was no one in the room. On the penultimate day of the stay, even the trash was not thrown out of the basket. Breakfast is terrible, the same every day. Even boiled eggs were served three times, and cut into halves. Instead of juice, brutally diluted Jupi was offered (remember this one? ). Tea only flavored (even black). There is no hall in the hotel. The servants came up during the meal and snatched the plates from under their hands. One time she started shoveling leftover food from plate to plate right in front of my face. There are many more comments, but there is not enough space to list them all. Conclusion: the hotel definitely does not pull for three stars and for the price that they charge for it. Living in it is unpleasant.

Rested from 18 to 25 April. I can say the following about the hotel, it is located a 15-minute walk from the central square of Wenceslas. The service is not very good. Even a tip does not help, the food is monotonous. It's good that only breakfast was included, more is not needed. In the center you can have a great lunch or dinner for real money and drink fresh beer in the brewery.

Although our company SAGA spoiled all the anticipation of the holiday. Excellent excursions. Roughly speaking, if you want to save money on a guest room, this is such an option. I recommend a trip to Vienna, to a castle with a brewery and of course to Karlovy Vary. Sea of impressions!
