First about the hotel. The location is not the very center, but not the outskirts either. The tram stop is nearby, but not on the street where the hotel is, but around the corner. The main plus is that we were not bothered by street noise. Our windows overlooked the garden in the courtyard, waking up with the singing of birds. In 10-15 minutes walk - Peace Square with a metro station and a beautiful church of St. Ludmila. Two tram stops away is the Pivnoy Dom restaurant, where you can taste up to 8 sorts of beer. On the other side is a TV tower (if you wish, you can get there on foot). We usually went to the center by public transport, because the group met at the Malostranska metro station.
My husband and I had a double room, and they settled us right away, at 10 am, and not in the afternoon, as we had already set up. There were few guests. In general, the number suits us. Sometimes they paid attention to some "unusualities" with which it is quite possible to get along. For example, the toilet was on one side of the room, the washbasin with shower was on the other (this is apparently because the hotel is in a building of respectable age, and the rooms were adapted for it), the blankets were only 1.5 m long, but warm. There is no refrigerator and hair dryer, but there is a carpet on the floor, only glasses and an ashtray from dishes. From furniture - a necessary minimum, a safe. The neighbors in the hotel could be heard when they were noisy in the corridor, neither above nor below us were disturbed. The building is 6-storey, there is no elevator.
We didn’t get any negative from the staff, someone is better, someone worse communicates in Russian.

Toilets and bathrooms were cleaned daily and trash was taken out. Towels and bed linen were not changed for 7 days. The carpet hasn't been cleaned either, so it's best not to litter too much.
We had breakfast in a room on the ground floor, decorated with a collection of tureens, a buffet. Cutting sausages, cheese. Butter, melted cheese, jam in mini-packs, muesli, orange juice, milk, hot coffee, tea bags, fresh gray bread (we liked it), buns.
I advise you to return to the hotel in the evening full or with a supply of food, and keep in mind that the shops in the hotel area are already closed at 18.00, and do not work at all on weekends. I had to look for food and groceries closer to Peace Square . .
The hotel for 3 * is quite good. Young people will probably be bored here, but we, 40-year-olds, are quite satisfied. We are satisfied that we could fully relax after the sightseeing experience.
