We went to Prague for 8 days 17 . 07 . 2009, this trip was our honeymoon. We signed, celebrated the wedding and the next day flew to Prague. The tour operator `Europort` presented this hotel to us as a gift for the newlyweds, i. e . the 3-star hotel `Prague Center Plaza` was originally booked and we were offered a present in the form of a 4-star hotel `Christy`. They said that the hotel is good, in the city center. . . The hotel actually turned out to be not bad, good furniture, the only thing that shocked us was when they demanded a deposit of 200 euros from us, no one warned us about such a deposit!! ! I will add that we took enough money with us, but we did not expect that our cash register would instantly decrease by a large amount, this meant absolutely giving up excursions or shopping. . . This money was returned only on the day of departure, at the time of check-out from the hotel, and it was necessary to try very hard to have time to spend it, i. to. there is only 3-4 hours left before the transfer to the airport!! ! We were extremely outraged, with incredible efforts on the 3rd day they returned 100 euros to us, we went on an excursion, but still a strong precipitate remained, apparently this was the gift for the newlyweds !!! ! I also didn’t like the fact that when we arrived happy from the airport, I, with two bouquets of flowers, didn’t even congratulate us, I still wanted something more. . . After all, after all, after all, a honeymoon trip, especially acquaintances who also went on a honeymoon trip, though they told about much more to another country. . . I wanted a holiday and a fairy tale, and on the faces of the hotel workers there was only a stiff, simulated standard smile and that's it, no sincerity. . . and it completely finished us off when it turned out that there was nothing to put my flowers in the room, there was no vase, and even when the cleaning lady came, she didn’t get to bring it. . . so they dried up, without waiting for at least some vase. . . This struck me, because women clean up, because one could understand, seeing two drying bouquets of flowers, especially tidying up every day. . . They cleaned up the hotel either very well or very badly, apparently depending on the shift, one day there was no soap or shampoo, somehow my husband crushed a huge bug in the bathroom, so it lay there for 3 days and no one could clean it up ! ! ! ! In general, we did not receive any emotions from this hotel, it did not have a romantic mood, and when we got into it, we ourselves, without noticing it, felt somehow uncomfortable, i. to . in addition, there were no Russians at all in the hotel. . . only foreigners! I want to add in the end that we are not spoiled tourists at all, we also lived in hotels at a much lower level, in which information about the number of stars is silent (we are talking about hotels, or rather rooms in the South of Russia) because each of us wants a good, sincere relationship , the main thing is not the luxury and decoration of a particular hotel, but the atmosphere that reigns in it, and this entirely depends on the staff working in a particular hotel. . . The atmosphere of the hotel `Christy` is more suitable for business trips on business than for honeymoon trips, it is a pity that I realized this only when this trip was already over!!!! !
