Hello! a bit of prehistory . . having gathered in Prague, and having learned that we will be staying at the Bella Hotel, I dug up the Internet in search of information, I did not find it... therefore, I decided that upon arrival I would write my own impressions of this place, here they are: Most importantly, we loved it! Pros: our train arrived in Prague at 5 in the morning, respectively, we were delivered to the hotel around 5-45, honestly we were warned in advance at the travel agency that the check-in time at the hotel was 14-00 and until that moment we could leave our suitcases in a special room, and after sitting in armchairs at the entrance, dirty and hungry, we will go on a sightseeing tour of Prague, not happy. … More ▾ Hello! a bit of prehistory . . having gathered in Prague, and having learned that we will be staying at the Bella Hotel, I dug up the Internet in search of information, I did not find it... therefore, I decided that upon arrival I would write my own impressions of this place, here they are:

Pros: our train arrived in Prague at 5 in the morning, respectively, we were delivered to the hotel around 5-45, honestly we were warned in advance at the travel agency that the check-in time at the hotel was 14-00 and until that moment we could leave our suitcases in a special room, and after sitting in armchairs at the entrance, dirty and hungry, we will go on a sightseeing tour of Prague, not happy... So, nothing like that !! ! The door was opened for us by a hospitable owner, Thomas, in a couple of minutes he wrote down something from our vouchers and gave out the keys to 2 booked rooms, brought to the door along the way showing where and what is located, for example "breakfast room"))) and that's all! ! ! we were practically in paradise, settled in, laid out things, went to the shower, had time to rest a little and by 7-30 in the morning stood near the buffet, ate calmly, and realizing that we had not paid for breakfast for 1 day, we ourselves asked how and what, we were offered either do not have breakfast on the last day, or pay extra for breakfast 90 kroons per person, which we did, believe me 150 rubles for the proposed breakfast, this is very, very good.
Now, actually about breakfasts, everything was more than good, always boiled sausages, and very tasty, which is either hot, or scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, or vegetable stew, corn flakes, boiled eggs, 3 types of sausage cold cuts + pate, 3 types of cheeses, butter, jam, jam, honey, and fresh vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, several sauces, such as mayonnaise and mustard, 2 types of bread, coffee, 3 types of tea, black, green, and floral, a jug of milk, a jug of juice , if you want something stronger in the morning, ask the owner.
We have never been hungry! and having had breakfast at 8 am, they usually sat down to dine around 13-14 o'clock.
lived in the hotel for 5 days, during this time the room was cleaned 2 times, towels and bed linen were not changed. everything is clean and tidy, there is no luxury but everything you need is available.
From the hotel to the metro station Hloubetin 3 minutes at a very slow pace. We usually left at 9 am and returned at different times, at night, it was enough just to ring the bell at the front door and they let us in right away, either Thomas or his daughters were at the reception all the time.
Minuses:
In the bathroom, it was she who was in our room, there was no curtain, so after taking a shower, the floor was somewhat flooded with water, but as they say, who takes a shower . . )))))
The heating boiler could not stand the frost (well, it was not designed for frost in Prague), so not everyone had enough hot water, and the heating did not work, the breakdown was fixed in half a day, we would have had such efficiency))
They don’t have a room for storing luggage there, so on the last day we just vacated the rooms and put our suitcases until the evening, at the reception, by the way, no one asked us to vacate the room...
One single time they made a remark to us, asking us to brush off our legs more thoroughly, because. there was heavy snow outside, and we inherited everything !!
I wrote honestly and objectively, yes, here's another thing, our room was a corner room on the ground floor, and outside the window in the morning at 6 o'clock, you could hear the sirens of passing cars, where they were bursting at that time, a mystery to me . . )))
If someone has questions, I can answer that yes how, well, if I myself know))
