Arrived (my husband and I on my DR) with the tour operator "Amigo Tours". Met normally, our hotel was the last, first carried other tourists. Arriving at the hotel, they began to speak Czech with us, English was ignored. We were asked to fill out a guest card in Czech, since the guide who met us did not have time to sigh and we asked him to fill it out.

Arriving at the hotel, they began to speak Czech with us, English was ignored. We were asked to fill out a guest card in Czech, since the guide who met us did not have time to sigh and we asked him to fill it out. (as it turned out later, all the hotel staff speak and understand Russian very well). Room: Sooooo not big, no battery and heating, only central air conditioning (it was cool to sleep at night), and in the bathroom there was a dubak in general, they threw towels under their feet. There are NO SLIPPERS, they asked for an additional fee and said that there is no such service, and THIS IS EUROPEAN 4 *. Dinner for an additional fee until 21.30, came after the tour at 21.00 wanted to eat, we were told "Goodbye EVERYONE CLOSED" with a slight accent. BREAKFASTS WAS NOT BAD, there is almost nothing to complain about! The husband said that he asked for flowers in the room for my DR when we return from the tour, the girl at the reception said NO SUCH SERVICE (it's a shame). Distance to the center of Prague (Woclavska Square) 25 minutes on foot, you can take the metro (min. 7 to it). There are many cafes with a Pilsner sign along the way, as a rule, everything is tasty and not expensive there (since it is not quite the city center). Our guide Amigo was Svetlana, a very pleasant woman, all the excursions were interesting and took into account the opinions and desires of those who came in large numbers. WE FALL IN LOVE WITH PRAGUE, WILL DEFINITELY RETURN, but not to this hotel.... Have a good holiday everyone!!! !

At the reception, we were met by a very unfriendly girl named Inga, who refused to speak Russian and offered to fill in Czech ourselves! the language of some customer cards. We were brought to check-in at 6.00 local time, but from the hotel we were with bags!! ! they offered to take a walk until 14.00, after that we had to pay extra for a day's stay, but we were never given breakfast.

The room is a disaster! 4 sq. m. , in the middle there is a ventilation shaft, carpet in crumbs, no blankets, dust on the shelves. After I put a sign on the door to clean the room, everything remained as before, in response to my remark, the cleaning lady said that she did not intend to clean up after the Russians at all. According to the schedule, breakfast starts at 7.30 local time, then we have an excursion and there is no time to wait. However, we were asked to wait (and skip the pre-paid tour) or take dry rations (rotten!! ! orange and sandwich), coffee was prepared, but forced to pay separately. Buffet - miserable, scrambled eggs....
