The hotel is not bad, although the European 4 * pulls at a stretch.
The rooms and the hotel are quite clean, the food is normal, although monotonous (for 8 days of stay, the dishes served for breakfast have not changed once). Breakfasts are standard - cereals, cold cuts (meat, cheeses). From hot - sausages, bacon, eggs. From fruits - apples, bananas. From desserts - 2-3 types of pastries. Tea, coffee, milk, juices - standard.
The service at the reception is normal, they respond to requests promptly. Cleaning the rooms is more difficult - they often took away an open bar of soap, and forgot to put a new one. Liquid soap was never topped up. They forgot to bring clean towels, and when they were replaced, they often came across not washed or torn (for a 4 * hotel this is unacceptable). There was a difficulty with draining the water in the shower cabin - when a strong pressure was turned on, the water did not have time to leave the pan, we had to stand in the "swamp". Bed linen was changed only once, even though there was a cleaning tip.
There are no additional items such as slippers, bathrobe, shampoo and/or other accessories in a standard room. There is only soap and hair dryer. There is no safe in the room, only at the reception (for a fee). The minibar was empty throughout our stay. Cafes and bars (except for the "dining room") were closed during the visit. There was no entertainment in the hotel.
In general, the hotel is acceptable in order to "spend the night" if you do not expect something extra. Get to the metro or walk (10-15 minutes) yards to the neighboring station or by bus (run often and on schedule) 10 minutes to Andel station. There were a lot of Russians in the hotel.
