A terrible hotel, even taking into account our pickiness and positive attitude to rest. Rude Russian-speaking aunts at the reception, who are always not there. The rooms are covered with dust, cobwebs on the ceiling, the towels are not changed, the sheets are full of holes. The refrigerator in the room did not work, when asked "why" on the 1st day, they answered "they will fix it", they did not fix it before departure... No tea or at least a cup of boiling water you will be interrogated, and at breakfast they stand behind your back out of nothing and watch that you don’t eat a lot (a woman who stole a piece of bread was caught in our presence). We really felt sorry for the woman who cooks and cleans all this "RESIDENCE" alone!
