Further, what surprised me - in the list of offered Hotel services do not include natural mineral baths, but carbonic baths - this is almost plain water with the addition of mineral water from a bottle. To get a good treatment, we took mineral baths (natural from 3 springs, followed by a wrap in the sanatorium - hotel "Nové Lazne", which is deservedly considered one of the best for those who come for treatment in Marienbad.
The cost of one such bath is 20 EUR, you need to take at least 5-6 baths.
I did not like the restaurant service at the Sun Hotel, especially the senior waiter with megalomania, that he is the head of the restaurant here.
The hotel's sauna is tiny and unsafe, the fixtures are made in violation without protection. The room is so tiny, and the price is in addition to the cost of the tour for one visit 120 crowns.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the room at 10 am, despite the fact that departure to the airport is not earlier than 5 pm. It's funny, but if at this time you want to use the toilet in the hotel, you may be denied, that is, how lucky you are.
The owner of this hotel lives in Bulgaria, and 3 leading managers are responsible for the operation of the hotel, and it is not clear which of them to contact regarding the resolution of emerging issues or the inconvenience of a stay.
