Claims only to the ladies who make baths - they always have a parka, they never did the procedure on time, they always delay for 10-15 minutes, the water is always made hot, you are stuffed there, and only then it is cooled to 35 degrees . . What is the use of such treatment? I made a remark that the water was hot, so she screamed like a victim, that she knew better how to do it... I complained to the head nurse, they began to properly prepare the bath for me... So pay attention that all the baths that you are provided must be no more than 34-35 degrees... They have to cook them before they push you there... And they squeal, and then the patient is put in boiling water, their water is cooled with gas to save time.
The food is disgusting!!! ! Breakfast for 17 days - 3 types of ham and 3 types of cheese (every day one of them is the same !!! ), cottage cheese, fried chicken wings, meatballs, oatmeal, sometimes boiled meat or fish, non-edible potato casserole - everything. . . There were no other dishes for 17 days! The first 3 days I liked it, on the 4th, and the 5th day I already got bored, anat the 6th day was fed up! Moreover, ham of the lowest price category, cutlets according to the recipe "ala-USSR" from ready-made minced meat, resemble a Soviet canteen, smell of rotten meat... More boiled eggs... The hotel does not offer other options... scrambled eggs were served 2 times, scrambled eggs are offered only for dinner and lunch (however, as well as such "morning" dishes as pancakes, cottage cheese casserole) Heartburn after breakfast began on the 7th day of treatment - they healed well! Lunch their dinner - the names on the menu somehow changed, but the essence of the dishes is the same - boiled or stewed meat, cutlets fried in breadcrumbs (the name varies, the taste - no, all that zherdeshevy semi-finished product, gives away rotten meat)... Sauces to dishes from bags, they stink of cheap seasoning. . . Decently, how strangely they cook fish - I went to lose weight, so I lasted a week on fish... Then melancholy went... Soups on bouillon cubes richly flavored with seasonings... It is not possible to eat them... Salads are all with vinegar, beets were offered 1 time in 17 days... They practice a salad of red cabbage, beans from ham not eaten for breakfast, everything is richly seasoned with vinegar... Boiled vegetables for garnish - from frozen bags, and the impression such that they were thawed and frozen several times... Why cook such crap if fresh cauliflower and broccoli are cheaper in the store than frozen? Apparently the chef buys cheaply everything that is about to become unusable from some of his companions, and the Russians will eat everything... And who makes the menu for people with digestive problems there, if all the salads are poured abundantly with vinegar - not I can imagine... For lunch, their dinner drinks - hibiscus tea - no other options... I wanted to croak on the 6th day...
The chef does not know such dishes as stewed cabbage, vegetable stew, vegetable casserole, vegetable or fish soup... pastries are a cheap biscuit with a mountain of fat margarine cream or a thick layer of gelatin layer, I have not seen such crap in their stores, where they order such rubbish - it is not clear.
The rooms (especially KRIVAN-2, second floor) are disgustingly cleaned... The maid changes the bed at her own discretion... For example, she told me that well, they are on the 5th day, your bed is clean (according to their rules the bed should be changed every 3 days... However, being nasty, she changed the bed)... She changes her bathrobes every 10 days... She asked to change it on the 5th day - she grumbled something and did not change... After the injections, the bathrobe gets dirty with blood - and you will walk in dirty for procedures... So take a bathrobe from home in reserve... If you hang out a "do not disturb" sign before 12-00 (for example, you rest between procedures and do not want your aunt to vacuum dangling by the number), then on that day your room will not be cleaned... Although the cleaning is done until 16-00... If you hang a sign "request to clean the room", no one will respond to it, although according to the rules, cleaning within an hour after you posted the sign on the door.

For 17 days, they never wiped the mirror and the doors of the shower cubicle. . . As a result, I wiped the mirror myself. . . I can't list everything!!!!
Frank boorish people are sitting at the reception... I asked for an iron at 17-00, said no, frankly rude, that I should have thought about what needs to be ironed earlier... There is no laundry in the hotel (in the same booklet it is indicated, that the reception decides this issue... I turned - they did not decide anything)... so take more things or you will have to wash them in the washbasin.
The impression from the treatment remained positive, from the stay at the hotel - only negative... I was in Karlovy Vary for the 5th time, I got to Krivan by accident, I rushed late with the design of the tour, so only this sanatorium was offered for a period of 17 days... NOT FOR WHAT, I WILL NEVER GO TO KRIVAN. . . THE ENTIRE IMPRESSION OF THE TREATMENT SPORKS THEIR LIFE, OR ITS ABSENCE, FOOD AND RUDE SERVICE STAFF. . . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SANATORIUM FOR A FULL REST. . . THERE ARE SANATORIUMS IN KARLOVY VARY 3*** WHERE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FOOD IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN IN KRIVANI!
