Before the trip, I wanted to know more about the hotel, but, unfortunately, there was very little information on the Internet. I'm fixing the situation
The hotel is good, bright and clean, located 50m from the drinking gallery. Without any requests and surcharges, we were given the best room, with the largest balcony and a view of the colonnade.
In the room: a tiny safe on the key (take the key at the reception on bail, for a fee - about 15 kroons per day), flat-screen TV with 1 Russian channel (planet RTR), hair dryer. There is no refrigerator in any of the rooms, no kettle, etc. either.
Cleaning was done every day, change of towels every 3 days or if you throw a towel on the floor. Note on changing bed linen. For 2 weeks of stay it was changed only 1 time!

We bought an HBT ticket, i. e. breakfast and dinner + treatment. Breakfast buffet. The assortment is approximately the following: 2 types of cheese, processed cheese, butter, margarine, jam, 3 types of sausage / ham, hot sausages, vegetables, fried eggs, boiled eggs, 3 types of cereal, 2 yogurt, milk, juice (artificial, never taken ), 3 kinds of tea, coffee in a thermos and cream on the table. Dinner: order the day before from the proposed menu, a choice of 4 hot dishes, an appetizer and dessert without a choice + a salad bar - these are usually chopped vegetables that can be taken as desired in any quantity.
The food quality is satisfactory.
The hotel has 2 restaurants (the differences are not clear to me) and a panoramic bar on the 6th floor, where every evening you can dance to live music, and every Friday there are so-called "evenings of happiness", which we have never been to. Hotel contingent: 90% are pensioners coming from Germany, and more than half of them are Russian speakers. The staff speaks Czech and German. Poor Russian, no English at all.
All procedures are released in the hotel itself. Assign 15 procedures per week (Saturday and Sunday are days off). We were prescribed parafango, classical massage, lymphoven, pearl baths, gas bag and inhalations. The medical staff is polite, the procedures are carried out strictly on schedule, without delay. I did not like the work of the head doctor. During the examination, she did not even look at the results of the brought tests, she prescribed what she prescribes for everyone. Water went to drink 3 times a day before meals. I was assigned the Karolina spring, and my mother was assigned one by one: Krestovy, Rudolf, and Karolina. Rudolf has the most pleasant taste.
