We came to this hotel for the fourth time. Booked through booking - and it was a mistake. Upon arrival, they paid for the room (of course, they did not give discounts as promised on one of the forums “upon re-settlement”). And then it turned out that we were not entitled to a package for food and treatment (and it would be much cheaper! ) because it turned out that it was necessary to issue it not through booking, but directly with the hotel. Each lunch (or dinner) - 25 euros (this is 3-4 times more expensive than in a Karlovy Vary restaurant, as it turned out later). Treatment according to the price list: the first appointment with a doctor - 50 euros, all procedures are 2-3 times more expensive than in other sanatoriums of the same level, a swimming pool - 39 euros (free of charge only after 6 days of stay). The hotel website did not say anything about this and the price list for the treatment is also not presented. . . We wanted to immediately leave this "fabulous" place. . . But we were told with a smile that the money would not be returned within 14 days. By the way, breakfasts are the same for all 14 days. . When talking with the contract manager (she came down to us only a day later), it was said to all our claims that if we no longer come to this hotel, then others will come! We had something to compare with: our friends stayed at Olympia (4 *) and were delighted - even a birthday cake!
