I won’t advise anyone. The staff is disgusting, not polite. I got the impression of the station, some drove in, others left. Bathrobes in the room are 1 size for a small person, room cleaning is poor, I had to ask several times to change towels.

The hotel looks like a 4 star. But. . . Most of the nurses are impolite, and the doctor is just rude. The kitchen has been replaced by a confectioner who cannot be called a confectioner at all.

Pay attention to my review! I have never seen such disgrace as in this hotel anywhere! foot baths were prescribed in large quantities and a couple of massages lasting 15 minutes each.

Hello, I have been resting in this sanatorium since 30.12. 2012-09.01. 2013. Arrived from Kazan to Prague, and then by car (from the company TERMA) brought to Frantiskovy Lazne.

We bought a tour to the hotel through ChipTrip, honestly I don’t remember the tour operator... we didn’t choose the hotel, as they say, what was from the last-minute tours.
