I want to tell you about how we traveled to the Czech Republic with Natalie-Voyage Service. What can I say. Personally, I paid the money for the tour that was indicated, for what was described and promised. Therefore, initially it is necessary to write that the service, hotel, transportation and treatment of tourists will be boorish and penny - maybe then people would deliberately go on these tours less?!

I'll just tell you a few things. We were told that we had received a visa the evening before. Further. . . First of all, upon departure, we were told that the coffee maker and toilet were not working : -) Then it turned out that even instant coffee or tea needed to beg for several hours, in the literal sense of the word. The video stopped working shortly before the end of the first movie I watched. The musical accompaniment also did not last long. All questions about what happened to the equipment were redirected by the guide Inna to the drivers, who generally froze. The hotel was on the edge of the city, the service at the hotel - no... The rooms are not bad, but there was no soap or shampoo. The room was practically not cleaned all day. Plus, they wanted to swell with additional services. Special thanks for the buffet breakfast. I did not expect that two transparent pieces of cheese and a strange sausage have such a proud name. In addition - buns and coffee with tea. Everything… Excursions were mostly good, although crumpled. At the brewery, I had to wait about 40 minutes, because in order to save money, the guide could not call the brewery and agree in advance. Plus, there was a sanitary day at the plant.

As far as I understand, the guide was supposed to accompany us during all the excursions, and not go about our business. In reality, they changed the currency all the way to us, and at that, at a dubious rate, they shouted that no one was late, almost everyone...

I think that's enough?

Despite the organization, we still really enjoyed Prague, Karlovy Vary and Krakow. As they say, cool emotions always prevail : -). I advise everyone to go, but preferably not with this tour operator.
