On the way back, the guide accompanying to the airport said that yes, this is normal, because. the working staff are mostly Bulgarians and Serbs, and at the end of the season they begin to steal. Put like this before the fact. We want to know if the hotel administration is not responsible for the work of its staff and does not care about the reputation of the hotel?
