Wonderful green area, huge swimming pool, own restaurants / pizzeria / bars / karaoke bar on the territory! To the sea across the road! To whom there is a sandy beach, a bus ride is 5 minutes! In public transport, the driver speaks well in Russian, which helped a lot!
