Stayed at the hotel with my family in the middle of June. We chose a hotel with an agency based on positive reviews. Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to expectations. The hotel is focused on a client from Russia and the level of service, respectively, is not world standard. The hotel staff at the reception are surprisingly unfriendly and impolite, especially those who communicate in Russian. Feeling like you are in a Soviet hotel.
