We chose this hotel, like many for beautiful pictures and reviews, as a tour operator who selected the tour for us , and according to positive reviews, it’s a pity that we found negative reviews later, after we bought vouchers a day before departure. . . We rested from May 25-30.2018 on an all-inclusive basis. Regarding the hotel as a whole, I can say that it draws 2 stars, but not like 5, as in service, cleaning and food quality ! ! I'll start with cleaning the rooms: they only washed the floors, in all corners where the lamps were buckets, they didn’t think to wash it there, but why? They apparently think that it’s not visible there. . . We had a room in bright colors (the curtains below were not white, but gray, apparently they had not been washed for a long time), so as not to spoil our rest and mood, we tried not to pay attention to it. . . During the 5 days of our stay, they never changed bed linen, they only made the bed, changed towels (for 2 people, 2 large towels, 1 small, 1 for hands) were issued - apparently they consider this the norm for 5 stars. Regarding the food: every day the food was getting worse and worse (the food is the same every day, the meat is dry, burnt, I can say about fish in general that I have not eaten such disgustingly cooked fish anywhere (they have it frozen, like porridge and oversalted), salads not the first freshness, potatoes or overcooked or salty, which is not possible, and when I saw rice mixed with pasta, I didn’t understand at all what kind of dish it was??! ! Drinks are the same, wine, champagne in bottled, the cheapest. . . ), there were also "restaurants" on the hotel territory: Italian, you can also say that they tried to cook food there, about the Greek - don't even go there, don't waste your time, you will be disappointed. . . don’t think that we are picky or picky, we didn’t expect any surpluses, we wanted to at least eat just normally sentenced food. . . so it's better if someone still decides to go to this hotel, do not take all inclusive, at least breakfast. . . but eats better in the port, there are three restaurants (I don’t remember the names), the locals will tell you, there you will be satisfied with the preparation and taste of the dishes !! ! As for drinks, we didn’t understand at all what criteria they were made by, during the day they made sour, diluted cocktails (it doesn't matter whether it's an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink), but in the evening the bartenders tried. . . Regarding the staff: most of them were friendly, positive, the rest. . . let it stay in the past. . . apparently the all-inclusive system played a role in this attitude, because they did not earn anything from us. . . If you have a morning departure, before breakfast, do not believe the promises that you will be packed for the journey or fed (as we were told that the smithy has now started working at 4 in the morning, a lie !!! ).
