Just awful. We waited at the reception for more than 4 hours. Until they began to swear, we were not resettled. The staff is rude at the reception, especially the cleaners lie that they cleaned, the room is dirty, the towels and linen are dirty and torn, they look like dirty rags. We had to clean up ourselves, we changed the linen ourselves. The food is disgusting. It is not possible to eat. There is dirt in the pool, rubbish after drinking milkweeds, in the shower the water is cold, barely warm, there are no blankets. We had to cover ourselves with a towel. Passage yard, no security and through passage. All and sundry roam. Very dangerous, the walls are cardboard. There is no hair dryer. All irons are dirty. Eternally wandering around the clock screaming youth from different countries, not responding to requests to be quieter. Music from discos. It's impossible to sleep here. Garbage is lying around and standing under the door. This is not a hotel, but a dirty, smelly hostel. Dirty hole. I have never seen a worse hotel in my life. If you want to ruin your vacation, come here.
