The hotel has an excellent location. The first plus is a great beach very close by. All hotels that have access to this beach are much more expensive. Walking distance to the center is 15 minutes. Nissi Beach is about four km away. Bus stop right next to the hotel. And it’s convenient to get there and return in both directions. To the beach 1-2 minutes. You just need to cross the road with calm traffic. This is not Thailand for you there tin) Those who were there will understand) A gentle descent of several steps and a path for wheelchairs further is a fairly smooth descent. Umbrellas sunbeds for 2.5 euros. Beach towels are free. Issued from 9 to 11 and changed every 2 days. The water is very clean and very clear. The bottom is clean sand. The entry is gentle to the depth you need to walk. The nuance of nutrition, but they knew about it. And it still works out cheaper. Very weak breakfasts. Lunches are also not so hot, but dinners are excellent for such a price of course. We took breakfast and dinner. It's good that we have an experienced travel agent, we buy tours from him all the time. He knows the hotel base very well, understands the countries. You can generally not know anything about the country anyway, he will advise you where to save money on what to save a good guide for excursions will advise. And clearly immediately understands what you want to get from the rest. We didn’t know anything about Cyprus at all, and he helped us meet the budget and, as it turned out, we were relaxing on one of the best beaches. His name is Dmitry Kukin, I recommend it to everyone. You can easily find his page on the VKontakte social network by his last name. Well, all the same, a few words about dinners. Pasta, rice, pork, chicken, fish, stewed vegetables, french fries, fried eggplant, fried pork, lamb, two kinds of soup, 5 kinds of cheese, 5-6 kinds of fruit. 6 types of desserts. Ice cream. There are a lot of people and the restaurant is crowded. Lots of 7-8 kinds of salads and chopped vegetables. And it's not all just tired of listing. They cook delicious. Many Russians rest in the hotel and many come here again. So you will always be prompted with useful information. The hotel consists of 1 building. There are two entrances. From the reception, but there are a lot of steps at once and it will be inconvenient with a stroller or a suitcase, and there is an entrance from the pools where you immediately get to the elevators, there are two of them. They are small eat slowly. The number has been updated. Well, as updated tinted repaired. Generally ok. Safe with metal key. For 2 weeks about 30 euros. Deposit 5 euros. The safe is small and opens with a metal key. We did not take everything, we kept it in the suitcase, nothing was missing. The room has only a bathroom. Two one-and-a-half beds on casters disperse. Small TV. Folding bed for a child. There is a hair dryer but it is not in the bathroom, but in the main one near the TV. The air conditioner is very noisy at night, it is better to turn it off. Sockets require an adapter. It costs 2.5 euros in the store. There is a socket with two inputs yusbi. There is a refrigerator. Take more water immediately. A 5 liter bottle of water costs 3.5 euros. But a litre, like 2 euros. The balcony is small. There are two chairs and a table. But the sea view is very nice. Internet is free but slow especially in the evenings. The hotel area is small placed in front of the hotel towards the sea. There are three small pools nearby. One children's paddling pool without a canopy. They are with different depths from 1 meter to 2.8 m. And another pool near the mini fountain with a waterfall. The territory is open all under the sun. Greenery around. Near the pool there is a restaurant-dining room where breakfast is served. You can eat not only indoors but also on the outdoor terrace with a canopy and fans. Near the lobby there is a room with a bar where evening shows take place. The room is small. There is a small gym. Trainers are few and all old. The nomes went to rest and not to engage in training, and we don’t do it at all) But suddenly someone will come in handy with infa.

Hello! This is our second time staying at this hotel and we don't regret our choice. TPG tour operator, perfectly organized vacation, once again we are convinced of their reliability and professionalism. The price-quality of the hotel is absolutely justified. This is a worthy "four", I think. I like that they check in earlier than the scheduled time, which allows you to enjoy your vacation to the maximum.

This is a worthy "four", I think. I like that they check in earlier than the scheduled time, which allows you to enjoy your vacation to the maximum. Very cool staff at the hotel, so hospitable and polite, almost everyone understands Russian, some even speak, there were no problems with communication. They do their job with care and diligence. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, clean, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers. We were given a room with a sea view. Small, compact. Furniture and appliances in good condition. Spacious closet, large bed. Air conditioning, tv. Safe and refrigerator are paid separately. Bathroom with decent sanitary ware, bathing products and towels in the right amount. Cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed every three days. The food is quite normal for a 4 *. Breakfast is standard in general, not very varied, but not boring either. . Lunch consisted of salads, side dishes, meat, fish, sweets, fruits. And dinners are more varied - several types of soups, side dishes, sauces, vegetable dishes, pastries, desserts, fruits and more. Liked the service. The beach is about five minutes away, sunbeds are paid, the entrance to the water is sandy and quite comfortable. Entertainment and hangouts are literally ten minutes from the hotel, although there is no extra noise in the hotel, you can relax quite quietly and calmly. I highly recommend the hotel, it really has a lot of advantages and it's a pleasure to come back here!

The hotel was chosen based on the budget. I wanted to get the most. This hotel fully met our expectations. In terms of price-quality ratio, excellent. The beach was a plus. Those who like to criticize will not argue here! The water is clean, the beach is clean. The road to the beach is no more than five minutes crawling) Very convenient entry into the water for both children and adults.

Those who like to criticize will not argue here! The water is clean, the beach is clean. The road to the beach is no more than five minutes crawling) Very convenient entry into the water for both children and adults. Towels on deposit. By the way, the towels are in excellent condition, otherwise we rested in Egypt, so it was scary to go to the beach with towels) Plus, the fact that the hotel is well located to go to the center is not far away where to take a walk. Many shops, went to the museum. Many write they say a bad number of rooms. Yes, the room is not new, but everything is neat and clean, the furniture is in good condition. Cleaning is not perfect, but how many hotels of this price category have you seen where they clean and lick the corners five times a day) You can safely say good for cleaning! Nutrition. Well guys, this is certainly not Turkey. The choice is there, although not huge. But I will say right away they cook deliciously. In the restaurant clean dishes are washed well. All in principle, do not wake up hungry. Yes, and for such a price, food can be called chic! Many in the reviews write they say their money is not worth it, well, depending on where to buy a tour. We took online and were very pleased! From entertainment, well, not really. The area is clean with clean pools for adults and kids. Several times there was live music but the hotel is more suitable for people who like a quiet relaxing holiday.

This hotel is a good budget option. They didn’t expect anything special for the hotel, it was a very cool price, and they took it a week before departure and there was nothing special to sort out and there was no time. The main thing was that the hotel was in a quiet place. After last year's holiday in a noisy place, we did not want to repeat the experience and decided to take the hotel away from the main parties.

But if you walk for fifteen minutes you will get to the very epicenter of entertainment. Near the hotel there is a very well-developed infrastructure of cafes, a pharmacy and so on. Also, the beach is literally across the road. Beach towels are provided at the hotel, but you need to leave a deposit of five euros. The beach is excellent, we really liked nissi, of course, it’s probably better, but again, it’s not far from it, and this beach is no worse, although the sand is golden and there are rocky places, but the beach is large, so normal entry into the water is not a problem. In the hotel, as for its price, excellent food, the choice is not bad, we didn’t even think that we would get this for little money and the food is not bad. However, there are cafes for every taste nearby, so I would recommend taking either breakfast in Cyprus or how we are HB. Well, here, however, to each his own. Wi-Fi, safe, refrigerator for a fee. Of course, this is a little uncomfortable, but still this is not Turkey for you) The room is simple, everything in general is not bad, the furniture is not dead, but the cleaning is no longer average, but generally normal. In terms of animation, it’s essentially not something they arranged, but so-so and we didn’t need it at all. Vodichka in the room is not put as in Turkey and there are no bottles, but you can dial as much as you like in your own. Right next to the pool there is a faucet, very convenient when you go to the sea. Another plus is that some of the staff speak Russian and generally try to always help. Another nuance for changing the bed if you need to change it, then just ask otherwise, wait for five days. Well, these are trifles. We were satisfied with the hotel, but the second time we are unlikely to come, all the same, this is a budget option and not a good four.

Good day! Had a chance to rest in Cyprotel Florida in the first half of July 2017. The impressions were very contradictory, the saddest of which was the initial placement. Good day!
Had a chance to rest in Cyprotel Florida in the first half of July 2017. The impressions were very contradictory, the saddest of which was the initial placement. We ended up in an incomprehensibly existing room in this hotel, located on the "minus first floor", but in fact in the basement. As it turned out, there are "only four" such rooms in the hotel. Moreover, the room, in my opinion, is not suitable for accommodating guests. The furniture in it is unusable. There is mold in the bathroom, the ceilings are so low that getting into the bath to take a shower, I, with a height of 186 cm, rested my head on the ceiling. Even in the bathroom there were open contacts of the lighting lamp, it was quite spray from the shower that could short-circuit the power supply. The beds are on wheels, constantly rolling at the slightest touch, the mattresses are visibly tired. The window / balcony overlooks (at floor level! ) Immediately onto a platform with pools, the nearest of which is five meters from the window - for children, from where wild noise is constantly heard - yelling, squealing, crying children, yelling, swearing, their parents smoke, and , as a result, neither day nor night (for security reasons) the window could not be left open. In the same basement, where the room in which we were placed, is also located - a kitchen, utility rooms for staff, a sauna, toilets for pool visitors, a children's room without (oh, horror! ) A single window, a dressing room, which also does not leave a minute peace and quiet for vacationers. Above the room, on the ground floor, there is a bar that is open until one in the morning, which does not give any chance to fall asleep before this time. And at 7 o'clock in the morning you will definitely be woken up by the cleaning of the above bar. In general, I don’t know what these 4 such rooms are, but the hotel proudly calls them Standart Sea View, referring to the fact that they “look towards the sea”, despite the fact that no sea is visible from the room and you can’t relax in these rooms succeed. Photo below.
It should be noted that when I entered the room, I did not stay there for even a minute and, without unpacking my suitcases, returned to the administrator, said that the room was frankly shit and that I wanted another one, but I was politely told that there were no other rooms. I tried to explain that I paid for the Standard Sea View, and not for the cockpit in the basement, but, as you already know from my story, these concepts are somewhat different for me and the hotel. In general, the next release of a normal room was planned in two days, and I had no choice but to stay in the basement room for these two days, during my stay in which I received a lot of the above unpleasant impressions.
As I later figured out, the hotel rooms are located on floors from the first to the fourth, but we were placed not only not on the first or fourth, but not even on the basement, but in the basement, under the basement!
Two days after our stay in the basement, we were kindly allowed to move to a regular room, which differed from the previous one in better amenities and, most importantly, silence. In the last three photos, the view is already from a normal room.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and often, towels are changed every day, there was always hot water, and even during peak hours the pressure was normal.
Next, a little more about the hotel itself. The interior of the hotel is in many ways similar to a sanatorium or pioneer camp from the times of the USSR, but at the same time everything is smeared, painted, clogged with plywood, washed and cleaned to the maximum (but I remember mold). Located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, but the city itself is so small that this is even a plus. The staff is somehow gloomy, tortured, impatiently efficient. The restaurant is the most ordinary, I expected more from the variety and quality of food, it doesn’t even pull on Turkey. Dishes were often dirty. The restaurant is not spacious enough, it often happened that those who wanted to taste dinner did not have enough seats and they waited for someone to finish their meal. During breakfast, I had to eat on the open terrace, where tables and chairs were often fouled by the ubiquitous sparrows. Outdoor swimming pool a la paddling pool, just a dip, very small. There are also not enough sunbeds by the pool. The children's pool is an ordinary puddle 3x3m, the children's club is a terrible room without windows with "cold" lighting. The hotel has a free car park; I used it because I rented a car. The hotel has two elevators, but they work so strangely that we hardly used them because we didn’t want to wait for them for 10 minutes at all. You can’t even call a gym a gym, six or seven antediluvian simulators and nothing else, for two weeks I didn’t see a single person there. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms, but the maximum speed limit for the connection is not set, so if someone pulls something heavy, then, roughly speaking, the rest cannot even read the mail. The entrance to the room is opened not by an electronic card, but by a key. The safe is also not push-button, but with an ordinary lock, you had to carry the key to it with you everywhere, for the loss of which - 5 euro fine). The safe, by the way, is paid. Are there really guests who have nothing to put in the safe? Well, at least everyone comes with passports and at least some money. It costs 3 euros per day or 14 euros per week (such as a wholesale price of 2 euros per day). But if you need a safe, for example, for 12 days, then you will have to pay either for two full weeks 2x14=28 or for a week and five days 1x14+5*3=29. Why it cannot be calculated as 2x12=24 I do not understand, although no, I understand - redneck. The use of the refrigerator in the room is free of charge. That's all the infrastructure.
The beach is really close, 200 meters, and a comfortable sidewalk leads to it. On the beach sunbeds and umbrellas for 2.5 euros each. On the beach, a man in a faded red T-shirt sells delicious boiled corn from a thermo box for 2 euros.
In general, speaking about the hotel, except for the first two days, it could be bearable. But it doesn’t pull on 4 stars, except for 4 Egyptian stars...
Thanks.

Not spacious enough, it often happened that those who wanted to taste dinner did not have enough seats and they waited for someone to finish their meal.
Thanks.

I'll start my review with the location of the hotel. Everything of interest in Ayia Napa can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes. Youth clubs, bars, port, shops and restaurants within walking distance, sculpture park, bridge of lovers, amusement park for children and adults. Interesting things to know.

Youth clubs, bars, port, shops and restaurants within walking distance, sculpture park, bridge of lovers, amusement park for children and adults. Interesting things to know. Attractions start working after 18, and the great fact is that girls enter any establishments for free. Discount and free flyers are also distributed in the port, you can save a lot). There are also inexpensive seafood restaurants in the port, and most importantly, everything is very fresh, straight from the water). Sea across the road in a couple of minutes. The beach and the sea are the best in the city. Golden clean sand, smooth and gentle entry into the sea, but you don’t have to walk for a long time, after a few meters you can safely swim. The water in the sea is a tear. The bottom is visible even if you go up to the neck. Right and left are not the same. There are stones everywhere, and sometimes you just won’t go into the water. Now for the hotel itself. Florida from inexpensive hotels, but all inclusive is present. I'll tell you a little about paid services at the hotel. Sunbeds on the beach 6 euros for the whole day with an umbrella, a deposit for towels 5 euros each, a paid safe in the room 14 euros per week, plus all bottled water is also paid at the hotel, but you can buy cheaper in neighboring stores, with which we enjoyed. The hotel, of course, is not new, and repairs would not have interfered with it, but the room was clean, the room overlooking the sea (for a “bribe” in the form of Alyonka), shampoo and shower gel were regularly changed, the air conditioner worked. We rested together with a friend, so I can’t say anything about the moving beds). The water is hot and cold in the shower all the time, the towels were changed, the bed too, so everything is fine. Well, if you want candelabra and a personal sauna, then be kind enough to pay more. There are many of our compatriots and immigrants from the former Soviet Union in the hotel. You definitely won't be bored, and you can make new friends. Of course, lobsters were not served for dinner, and there was no champagne breakfast with caviar, but there were tasty meat in various interpretations with sauces and decent mussels. The menu is a little repetitive, but sooo tasty! There were always fruit too, and pastries to choose from. Ice cream and a snack before dinner was provided. The hotel is not bad for the money, but the sea is just chic!

We went to this hotel with my husband for a week in mid-July, the tour was burning, it cost 860 euros per person, we had never been here before, we decided to take a chance. . In general, the rest in this hotel did not disappoint me.... but there are a few downsides! Reminds me of a sanatorium.... Soviet times for VIPs! I wanted to see more beautiful rooms, but they were clean and most importantly, they were constantly cleaned and the bed changed.

I wanted to see more beautiful rooms, but they were clean and most importantly, they were constantly cleaned and the bed changed. . . so I won't quibble. The food is also quite normal, but I also expected more variety. . . so we went to local restaurants several times, well, there they certainly surprised me and made me very happy, very tasty dishes !! ! The sea is gorgeous, beautiful sandy beach! We took a tour of the "Heart of the Troodos" - we liked it very much, we visited the Kykkos monastery, a winery, a mountain village, the coast of Aphrodite. Really worth a trip so as not to waste time sitting in a hotel. . . There is little entertainment in the hotel itself, who are bored in the evenings should go to the city. . . you won't get bored there!! ! My husband and I are no longer 18 years old, so we didn’t hang out in clubs. . . The weather was great, so we will consider that the rest was a success. . . Considering that we did not spend much thanks to the Umotour company, we will not go to this hotel again. . .

Rested at the hotel recently from June 3-10.2013. with Transaero, BiblioGlobus.
Before the trip, read a lot of reviews about the hotel cat. pretty much alarmed us. But let's go anyway.
The hotel is modest in its decoration and service. There are many nuances, but all these little things do not pay much attention to the cat. Check-in at the hotel, like many others, from 2 pm, check-out from 12 am, but you can also extend your stay. 17 euros.
They cleaned the room, changed the bedding and towels every day, left a tip of 1-3 dollars.
The hotel is quiet, close to the beach, to the city center 10-15 minutes on foot. We took breakfast and dinner and that was enough.
The food was good, it was possible to go several times for breakfast and dinner, because it was 3 hours long.
The beach is municipal, 150 meters from the hotel, there are a moderate number of vacationers, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. The sea was very calm for only one day, so there were mostly small waves, but it was even more fun.
Animators on site with the kids involved. In the evening there was also a cultural program in the bar.
In general, I liked the rest, I can recommend the hotel for a quiet, modest vacation for reasonable money.

I think that who writes about this hotel, which is normal, but most likely an employee or the owner himself. Do not believe in one word - it sucks, the rooms are finished, the food is pig, the staff pretends that they do not understand anything in Russian, in general, if you want to ruin your vacation, then settle in a camp called Florida.
