I want to say right away that this is not the first time we have settled in the category 3, but we have met such an unpleasant service for the first time. Now more.
1. They brought us at night, settled us immediately on the first floor. The room upset: wine splashes all over the room on the floor (it’s strange that they don’t want to wash them from the tiles), the balcony is dirty in the sand, a view of the roof of the restaurant. The roof is covered in garbage and bird droppings (is it really difficult to wash? ).

Naturally, we went to ask for another room, they said to come by 7 in the morning. At 7 am we were asked to wait until 11 pm. At 11 they said that there were no rooms, they showed me on the 0 floor with terrible old furniture. We realized that we would only wag our nerves and agreed on free internet in the room for all days of the vacation.
Someone was put in a room with a broken door, our neighbor carried a backpack with valuables for 2 days. Someone was settled on the basement floor (in the basement with a small window at foot level), and they stayed there until the end of the vacation, no matter how much they demanded a room, they were not given, citing their absence. Guys, in principle, could save money by settling in a hostel under such conditions.
2. Audibility in the hotel is excellent, you can participate in the privacy of your neighbors)). Animation from a nearby hotel will not let you fall asleep until 00-00 (this is useful for those with children).
The safe with an old key is paid, the refrigerator is paid, the Internet in the room is paid. Cleaners forget to put towels or toilet paper. Every time I have to go and ask. The shower is very small, the water flowed into the toilet area, then it began to flow out into the room at all. I had to lay down a towel and collect water after slipping a few times. I had to ask to clean the shower. The water then began to leave more or less.
3. A big plus of the hotel is its location: very close to the sea. The beach is small but clean. There is a swimming pool inside. The hotel area is small, from the road you can see all the vacationers around the pool.
4. The food at the hotel is normal, there is plenty to choose from, you will not stay hungry. Drinks lunch-evening paid. I didn’t like that the waiter got to the bottom of the Russian elderly man that he came to the evening dinner in a sleeveless T-shirt (not a T-shirt). Although there were women in shorts and there were also tourists in T-shirts. This is what the man pointed out to him, he only snorted that they had a restaurant. Oh well)).
5. Since we lost 1 paid day, we agreed on a free lunch. Just offer and insist yourself, they initially offered us only a 25% discount for lunch.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for couples with children. I think that the price tag and rating for such a service and the condition of the hotel is too high (there is something to compare).
