We rested in Cyprus not for the first time. The economy class hotel (3 stars is understandable) is very small in itself, very modest rooms (this is a statement of fact and not a claim). We were settled on the 1st floor (in our opinion it is the 2nd), everything was arranged, the view of the sea and the pool, everything worked properly, the fact that the tiles on the floor and not the carpet did not bother us. 2 facts did not suit us - the neighbors are English (youth) and cleaning. As for the neighbors, it’s certainly not the hotel’s fault that people come across like that, it’s just that the walls in the hotel are very thin - they’re straight paper, so the audibility is terrible, and every night until 3 o’clock they had fun with songs, dances, etc. And once at 3 o’clock in the morning they began to knock on the door very hard with their feet, even kick it, it all went on for a long time, we didn’t understand anything, we were scared, we thought it was a fire or something. It turned out the girlfriends of our neighbors mixed up the number. . . Until the morning, the whole company rushed around the floors, by the pool (our windows went out there, so it was audible and visible). There, half a floor went out into the corridor to be indignant, but there was no point. The receptionist did not take any measures at all, although they saw what was happening. Actually, I couldn't sleep at all. There is no security there, you rarely see the police, so there is no one to even prevent such riots. Here is such a vivid impression we have from the British)). About cleaning, it wasn’t for 5 days at all, then at least the towels were changed (according to the rules for 3 days, I put the towels on the floor to be changed, and the cleaning lady just casually hung them back : )) The floor was covered in sand all the time, then they became neater and even mopped the floor themselves. the bed was not changed even once in a week, well, that's okay. About food. Delicious, good quality. However, you will not find abundance as in Turkey, Egypt, especially for sweets - 1 or 2 types of biscuit cakes. Fruits are the same - 1 or 2 kinds. So it’s better to eat in the city yourself, they have very tasty cuisine, huge portions and reasonable prices (800 r is a lunch / dinner for two with dessert and drinks) I didn’t really like the location of the hotel - I lived so far from the sea for the first time. So it’s 10-12 minutes to go, but in the heat it seems endless), a lot of hotels for this price have the best location relative to the sea (but since we went very spontaneously, there weren’t any places in normal hotels almost until August)) The beach is excellent , cleanly cleaned, sand in the sea, sun loungers have always been (2.5 euros per day + 2.5 umbrellas). The downside is that a frail shower on the beach and he is alone on several beaches! the queue is forever, even there is nowhere to wash your feet before leaving! About Ayia Napa. This is a city all the same for young people without small children (this is my opinion), it is noisy, there is nothing to watch there, just hang out in bars, restaurants, go shopping, and, well, go to an amusement park. You can rent an ATV, moped or car and go to another city. In general, have a nice rest for everyone, do not pay attention to the little things, make your vacation enjoyable) And about the hotel, I definitely won’t go there again, there are even cheaper and better hotels.
