A very nice hotel with a great location. Excellent rooms, booked one two-room and one one-room, both on the second floor, in good condition - clean, spacious, both have a well-equipped kitchenette (electric stove, electric oven, kettle, large pot, frying pan, all necessary utensils and cutlery). There is no microwave. The two-room suite has air conditioning in both rooms. The hair dryer is attached to the mirror in the bedroom. The only amenities in the bathroom are toilet paper and liquid soap.
Cleaned in the room regularly, but the quality of cleaning is very dependent on the maid (they change). One was cleaned conscientiously, carefully, the second - if only to get rid of it as soon as possible.
The hotel area is small, but clean and well maintained. There are a lot of cats and kittens living on the territory of the hotel, the children are delighted. Judging by the old photos, the playground was updated not so long ago. Both outdoor pools are clean, there is almost no smell of bleach or other cleaning substances.

Very friendly administrators at the reception, most speak Russian.
The food in the restaurant is quite varied, the dinners are themed (Greek, Mexican and other cuisines change during the week). Drinks at lunch and dinner are included in the price only for those who rest on the All system, for the rest, drinks are included in the price only at breakfast. I met a review about dirty tablecloths on the tables - this season there are no tablecloths on the tables at all. I was pleased with the fruit table, all the time while we were resting, there were delicious watermelons and melons. Of the significant disadvantages - the plates are washed poorly, sometimes the washed plate was far from immediately. The waiters mostly communicate in English, there are a couple of Russian speakers.
As for the animation: there are very attentive girls, they constantly invite vacationers located near the pool to all sorts of entertainment, they often arrange some kind of activity for adults (yoga, a game like bocha, darts, aqua aerobics). For children in the evening, a half-hour mini-disco is designed, rather, for preschoolers. And evening show programs, songs, dances, magic tricks - in general, if you wish, there is something to see, although the show did not make a strong impression on us, at the level of amateur performances.
The hotel is located on the first line, from almost all the houses you can see the sea. The beaches are very good - to the right of the Nissi Beach hotel, there is magnificent sand, shallow water, excellent for children. But there is a minus - there is always a lot of algae there, you can look for a long time for a convenient place to enter the water, where there is less algae. To the left of the hotel is Sandy Bay beach, it is a small bay, it is deeper there, but there is almost no algae. Sometimes there is rubbish, but early in the morning it's just wonderful. The people are dispersed along the beaches and there are no large crowds of people on any of them. Renting an umbrella is 2.5 euros and the same amount is renting a sunbed, the check is valid during the day (i. e. you can leave, then return without additional payments). And you can buy an umbrella and sit on the sand, as a rule, there are no problems with free places. The beaches are about the same from the hotel, 5-7 minutes of quiet walking.

In general, we liked the hotel, from the rest there were positive emotions!
