It's all about Cuba! If we are talking about this hotel, then here you will not see anything of this, why? Yes, everything is simple, you will not have time for this))))
We are resting to this day, we chose the same as everyone else according to the reviews and recommendations of the tour operator! I will not pour a lot of water!

1. The category of Starprestige rooms does not make any sense, it is advertising and overpayment of money. Namely: the rooms in the main building are all the same after renovation. If you choose ocean view, then you will always have a wet room, namely WET. The thing is that the sun rises and sets behind the main building where these prestigious rooms are located and the humidity that comes from the ocean settles in your room!! ! There is another way, turn on the air conditioner and try to dry the room, but at night you will not risk sleeping in a room with high humidity otherwise you will turn white the next day! Yes, and this cannot be done, because there is a lot of moisture, this is evidenced by the fungus in each room, which forms on any piece of furniture! You can try to choose a room on the back side of the hotel (see the map), but there you will run into a view of the oil refinery, which stands right across the road and is constantly operating! The hum is in the room all the time! But sunny )))) but noisy and the smell of oil in the room (now I know what it smells like).
2. The buildings are made according to the principle of an amphitheater, where animation is located in the center (nothing at all), which does not allow you to sleep until one in the morning. But that's not all, then the animation is replaced by the crowded audience, which will continue the animation until dawn, believe me, there are such in every hotel! Therefore, in a wet room you will not be able to sleep! Therefore, as I wrote earlier, having changed 3 rooms, I chose one with a view of the oil refinery, although there is a hum, it is static)
3. Nutrition. But then you understand that in Cuba there is no it in principle and everything is tasteless! So! The Starprestige category offers you unlimited access to restaurants that have the same tasteless menu as the Swedish one. In addition, serving like in molecular cuisine, micro-portions! Therefore, after all these restaurants, you have to go to the Swede and finish off the food (if you can call it that).
Panoramic veranda on the 11th floor has the same bar as on the ground floor!
Golf was also offered there, but it does not work)))) on this Starprestige ended!
The first 4 days were spent on moving, then...
Take a lot of intestinal infections with you, and indeed pills, there is nothing at all!
Personally, we, there are 4 of us (they will also unsubscribe), caught an intestinal infection and lay in the room for 3 days drinking all the medicines that we took. They don't do dishes well here! Most likely from this! It's not alcohol, as you might think. Although they disinfected them, it did not help!
4. The hotel has a problem with drinking water. Allocate 1 liter per room, how is it?

You can go to the store and buy for 1.5€ per bottle!! ! Or buy from the underground from the bartender, in the hotel on an all-inclusive basis !! ! Yes, you can walk to the bar and ask for water, they will pour you into a glass. From the beach, from the room... To the bar... this is game! And this is a fact, a BOTTLE OF WATER IN THE ROOM PER DAY! And yes, if you are going on an excursion to Havana, you will not be given water during the excursion either! You need to buy somewhere in advance.
5. Here people are poor and the guides immediately warn that the hotel is being stolen, so things need to run into a suitcase. Yes, yes, exactly things, they leave immediately. They didn’t steal anything from us, but on the excursion they cut 10 iPhones and a column from the neighbors) a complete mess... but this is a separate story about Cuba!
We met on excursions with guys from other hotels, they were shocked by what was happening in our hotel.
Look for another hotel if you do not want to solve some problems every day!
