The hotel is built in tiers, the view is amazing, it's no wonder that couples like to come here for their honeymoon. The fauna is just super. Right on the territory of the hotel you will see iguanas more than once, all kinds of birds, including parrots, butterflies, lizards crawling on the ceiling, and if you cross the road from the hotel in the jungle, you are guaranteed to meet the monkeys. I advise you to put on a mask and flippers (you can take it on the beach) and go snorkeling, when I tried it on the first day and for the first time, I simply could not stop.
You can take an excursion tour, there is a decent choice in the excursion office. We took to neighboring Nicaragua, the trip took a whole day, but it was worth it. We saw the active Masaya volcano, swam on Lake Nicaragua (very beautiful), visited the colonial city of Granada, and finally bought souvenirs at a local market (a little cheaper than in Costa Rica, you can bargain).
The week flew by very quickly, we arrived home with a lot of impressions and a desire to return there someday.
